Dream apartment in the heart of Munich with a view of the countryside

The building is located in the immediate vicinity of the Gasteig, the Mufferthalle and the Müllerische Volksbad.
You enjoy in all directions a beautiful view over Munich, as there are no adjacent buildings.
In the house is an excellent Italian (La Osteria) which offers good food for spontaneous hunger at manageable prices. The atmosphere in the house is very relaxed and good neighborhood, which ensures an uncomplicated living together.

Domestic equipments:
The apartment is upscale and fully furnished / equipped.
Here is an excerpt from the equipment:

Living room: Hifianlage is Bloothadapter and four speakers,
big TV,
the couch can be converted to a bed,
A spinning wheel is available for the sport.

Bath:
generously cut, towels and hair dryer are at your disposal.

Kitchen:
This is fully equipped with all utensils for cooking and has a nice dining area.
Washer dryer, dishwasher, stove with oven and a nice fridge freezer.

Bedroom:
Bed with a lying surface of 210 x 160 cm.

Very central.
The infrastructure around the apartment is very good, they reach within walking distance in 5 minutes all important shops (Motorama) and the S - Bahn at Rosenheimerplatz.
Directly in front of the house is the tram line 17.
The Isarauen with the Gasteig Kircherl are located directly across the street and the beautiful Wienerplatz with cafes and the beer garden (with live WM broadcasts) can also be reached in 5 minutes on foot.

Munich apartment with good access to public transportation

The apartment is in a good location to enjoy a visit to Munich. Tram 17 stops just a few feet from the apartment. An S-Bahn station is only a 10 minute walk away. At the s-Bahn station there is a grocery store and a bakery. There are several good restaurants in the neighborhood, Afghan, traditional German, Indian, and Italian. The apartment is comfortable and having a wash machine and dryer was nice to catch up on laundry. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Matthias is very nice. We emailed him the day before we traveled and gave him our estimated arrival time and then called him from the train station and he met us at the apartment. One thing about the apartment is that it is on the fifth floor and there is not an elevator. It may not be suitable for someone with mobility problems or if you have a lot of luggage.

Great location to see Munich

Walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, one right below! And if you are in shape you can walk to all the beautiful site seeing attractions. Loved our stay, host very accommodating.
