A complete holidayflat with two rooms in Munich.

In your own attic flat you will be able to enjoy your stay with two rooms, kitchen, bath and a separate entrance.
The bedroom is functionally furnished with two single beds (90x200, possible to combine) and a locker. In the living room you will find, beside the home likely decorated cabinet wall, a further bed (100x200 cm) and a daybed (140x200). There could sleep further two persons.
In the bathtub you can relax after an arduous day or just take a shower.
The completely furnished kitchen is perfect to cater yourself. You will have a ceramic stove top, a microwave, a dishwasher, a percolator as well as a refrigerator. A small dinette is available, if you like to eat in the kitchen.
Also a flat television with full satellite reception, a hi-fi unit and a cordless phone is at the disposal. Naturally your notebook or smartphone finds a connection to the internet by WiFi.

Our unforgettable 15 days

The apartment was on a quiet street. The whole inner setup was very warm and cozy, the cleanliness of the house was beyond any question. We really enjoyed the place and will try to arrange it for every our trip to Munich.

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden die Ferienwohnung sofort wieder buchen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Die Lage der Wohnung ist optimal. Geschäfte zum einkaufen in der Nähe, die Bushaltestelle ist schnell zu erreichen und man ist zügig (20 bis 30 Minuten)in der Innenstadt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Two N.ights in Munich for Wiesn

Place was roomy, well equipped, and very clean. Overall, very nice. This trip includes stays in Rome, Munich, London, and Amsterdam. Have not yet made it to Amsterdam, but Anna's place has been the best so far.

Very nice flat and Anna was very accommodating

This was a good location for Oktoberfest activities. Only about 25 min public transportation to downtown by bus and then metro. Apartment was nice and quaint. We struggled to talk to Anna a little because she knows very little english but she put us in touch with her son who helps to manage the property and he was very helpful. Our only complaint was that the property charges per person. If more people come than expected, regardless of whether it sleeps as many people as you have, expect to pay 20 euros extra per person a night. Otherwise we loved the place and would happily stay their again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Anna’s place. It is modern and well supplied with good spaces to relax. Bikes made the 15 minutes walk to the train station easier and the local shops nearby were useful after our long day’s sightseeing.

Angenehme Vermieterin, saubere und korrekte Wohnung, etwa eine halbe STD bis zum Zenteno.

Die Vermieterin war angenehm und immer erreichbar. Wir kamen unvorhergesehen zwei Tage später als geplant an, woraufhin sie uns spontan einen zusätzlichen Tag zur Bleibe anbot für den gleichen Gesamtpreis. Die Wohnung war sauber und familiengerecht für 4 Personen. Einzig hätte ich gedacht, es wäre näher am Zentrum Münchens gewesen, aber die Verkehrsanbindung ist trotzdem in Ordnung.

Distant from city center, but close enough to bus line to easily access Munich. This third floor apartment is clean and comfortable. Hostess Anna is not fluent in English and we are not fluent in German, but we managed just fine.

Gute Ferienwohnung

Frau Hastetter war sehr freundlich. Wir haben sie nur zur Begrüßung und zum Abschied nehmen gesehen, weil wir sie nicht weiter benötigten. Sie gab uns die nötigen Tipps für Einkauf und Lokale. Es war alles in Ordnung in der Wohnung. Ruhig ist sie allerdings nicht. Wer bei offenem Fenster schlafen will, wird von der vielbefahrenen Chiemgauer Straße nachts gestört. Bei geöffneter Tür und geöffneten Küchenfenstern konnten wir allerdings ruhig schlafen. Die Wohnung sollte für 2 Personen im Preis günstiger sein. Das Gasthaus „Der alte Wirt“ mit seinen bodenständigen und preisgünstigen Speisen, schöner rustikaler bayerischen Einrichtung und sehr schönem Biergarten ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Die schöne, zentral gelegene Ferienwohnung (2 Busstationen zum Bahnhof Giesing) ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht für eine angenehme Woche. Supermarkt, Bäcker usw. sind zu Fuß erreichbar; das Auto kann während des Aufenthalts getrost stehenbleiben. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, in der Wohnung sind auch Infos zum ÖPNV usw. ausgelegt - finden wir immer sehr angenehm und nützlich.... Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut; kurz gesagt: Es gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden und wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Het appartement is prima, ruim en comfortabel. We hadden alles wat we nodig hadden voor ons verblijf van een week. Openbaar vervoer op loopafstand. Iets minder prettig was de drukke weg vlakbij, die wel wat geluidsoverlast gaf. En bij zonnig weer wordt het flink warm binnen, maar wel voldoende ramen om open te kunnen zetten.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, es mangelt an nichts. Trotz Nähe zur Hauptstraße sehr ruhig. Parkplatz vor der Tür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bushaltestelle nicht weit entfernt. Netter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden diese Wohnung immer wieder gerne nutzen.
