Very nice space for the two of us. Short walk to the beach. Loved having washer and dryer available. Needed a few more dish cloths, but we made due with the one that was there. Bed was comfortable. Loved the balcony for daily devotions. We did not use the pool, but others staying at the complex did. Highly recommend.

We've been staying at this condo complex for years and this is one of our favorite units. It had everything we needed and a comfy bed and the whole unit was really clean. Lol forward to requesting the same unit in the near future.

Great First Beach Trip, but AC Issues

This was my first time visiting the beach, and the trip itself was amazing! The location was perfect, and the property had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. However, the AC wasn’t working during our visit, which made it a bit uncomfortable at times. Overall, it was still a great experience, but fixing the AC would make it perfect for future guests!

Great location, everything we needed

This place is close to everything you want to do in Port A. We walked to the beach in 5 minutes using the private boardwalk. And it was 5 minutes to drive to the Beer Hut or Wharf area for dinner. The accommodations were no frills but had everything we needed. The kitchen we stocked with enough supplies for us to cook and make coffee (bring your own ground coffee). The living area was roomy enough for two, so we could chill on the couch and play board games at the kitchen table. Best, the hot water was on-demand and plentiful! We want to come back again asap.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the bed when we arrived, and a repairman, Robert, came and fixed it in about an hour. The tv was confusing to operate and there were 4 remotes and no directions. Some remotes had no batteries which Robert replaced for us. The Wi-Fi was spotty. No ceiling fan in the master bedroom but found a box fan in the closet. The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed. Also LOVED having a washer and dryer. The balcony was also wonderful to sit on at night and relax!

No refund no credit no exceptions!! Never again!!

The unforseen Hurricane Beryl ruined my b day reservation and vrbo nor vacasa would not give me a refund, credit, or rescheduling. Will never do business with these companies again and will tell everyone i know not to do business with then as will. Ridiculous!!

Terrible Customer Service

The place was decent but if you think you are going to have an opportunity to speak with a host in a timely manner, you’re not. I tried every way possible to get ahold of the host/property manager to get back in and get some hanging clothes I’d left. Took them several days to get back to me and by the time they did get back to me they wanted to charge me to have the maid look in the closet to see if my clothes were still there. It had been 4-5 days by this time so I’m sure they rented the place out by then. After the back and forth of a day more they asked if I wanted to pay the money to have someone look. I would’ve gladly paid the $25 but by this time it was already the next weekend and I can assure those clothes weren’t in that house anymore. Just very poor customer service. The lack of getting back to you. If they would’ve gotten back to me the day I called and left a message 2 different places for them. I would’ve gotten my clothes back.
