Enjoy your next Pensacola vacation in this charming, spacious one bedroom/one full bath apartment. This apartment is part of a beautiful historic home in downtown and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shopping, nightlife, etc. and only 10 miles to the beautiful white sand beaches. This apartment features a full kitchen, dining table, spacious living room with a sofa sleeper. There is plenty of room to relax, read a book, work a bit, or enjoy the serenity of your own private patio.

This is a spacious one bedroom apartment. Included is a full size kitchen, bathroom and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you’ll need during your stay.

Smart TVs are provided in both there living room and bedroom. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. TVs are set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests.

You have access to the full apartment, as well as your own porch with a seating area right out front.

We like to give our guests plenty of privacy but are available whenever needed.

This apartment is located in a beautiful historic home in downtown Pensacola. It has it's own private entrance. This apartment is surrounded by gardens, patios including it's own private patio. The house is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, bars, grocery store, etc.

It's best to have a car to enjoy all Pensacola has to offer.

House Rules:
- No smoking or vaping (including medical marijuana)

- Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be courteous of your neighbors.
- We would appreciate it if guests would remove their shoes on entry.
- If you open it, close it.
- If you borrow it, return it.

- If you turn it on, turn it off when you are done.
- If you use it, take care of it.
- If you make a mess, please clean it up.
- If you move it, put it back.
- We recommend that all guests have traveler insurance (which covers your belongings) for the duration of their stay.

Everything was great. Only thing was there was no handrails which can make it very hard for elderly to get up into the apartment

Good experience

Convenient location in a historic property, the pictures look exactly how it does in the property. It's an older home so be aware of what the entails, but we enjoyed our experience with the rental property and owner (Kim). If traveling during the summer, know that it might get warm with no central AC but cools off at night.

very cute and comfortable

i wasn't aware that there was no AC in the house so just the window units only made the house so cold in the amount of time i was there, but it was very cute and cozy. you can also hear people walking on the stairs through any hour in the night and the walls are very thin.

Loved the apartment so much I'd want to live there!! The only downsides for me was that the window unit does not sufficiently cool the bedroom and the traffic rumbling on the busy street. Otherwise absolutely perfect!

Very nice property in an excellent location.

The property O overall is lovely. The bed was comfortable. The towels were big and fluffy and we really enjoyed our stay here. My only issue is that my daughter has a lot of allergies and there’s a musty smell in the apartment. However, there is adequate air conditioning, and for most people that would not be an issue.

Great little cottage feel in a good location

My husband and I were celebrating our 1 year anniversary and was looking for a place close to the beach but not on the beach. This property was perfect. It was quaint and well decorated. It had everything we needed. It was in the perfect location. Close to downtown where we were minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The only complaint we had was that the room number of the apartment was not told to us before arrival. The space is a beautiful historic home that has about 8 rooms (spaces). We were in room #8 but ended up using the code on the wrong room. We also had a couple of guests to come to our door in confusion as well. Other then that, we had a wonderful relaxing time. Would recommend!

Comfortable historical building with modern amenities

I was looking for a place with an extended stay. I find the VRBOs more interesting than hotels for this purpose. It’s an old building, so you have to appreciate that style. The kitchen made it homey with lovely gas stove and large refrigerator. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities for cooking a meal and full complement of dishes. I loved the living room and swivel chairs for chilling and watching my shows. The air conditioner was adequate and kept the entire unit comfortable. The bedroom is perfect, quiet and serene. It’s a great location for access to the busy restaurant and entertainment area, trip to the beach or hop on I-110 to get to other parts of the city. You will surely enjoy your stay here. Kim is a wonderful host.

Pleasant, clean, updated stay

Renovated and updated with a private bedroom and couch bed for the kid. Parking on the street was convenient, look both ways twice, cars come by at high speeds. Otherwise good location, walking distance to Everman’s grocery store.

Lovely and filled with lots of character

This was a girl's trip for me and my daughter. The apartment was perfect and just filled with a cozy welcoming vibe. The communication with the hosts were exceptional and they supplied us with more than we could have asked for. We loved the apartment and the convenience of it being located in the historic downtown area. Quiet neighborhood from our experience and we both sleep like a rock each night of our stay. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying again in the near future.
