*There is NO Washer/Dryer in this home* Located in the Historic North Hill District of Downtown Pensacola in a century-old Victorian home, “Shore Break” is full of charm. From our original hardwood flooring to the bright green bathroom, this space is cute and quaint, great for a getaway. Just minutes from Downtown Pensacola and walking distance to the bustling Palafox Street, you will have plenty to explore! This spot allows easy access to I-110, Pensacola Beach and Naval Air Station. Providing you with a fully stocked kitchen, toiletries, linens, and beach supplies, you’ll likely have everything you need for your vacation in this little apartment! Be sure to check the Pensacola event calendar - we are known as the “Festival City of the South” and there is always something going on.

This stunning cottage is steps from the very best Pensacola has to offer. We are located within the downtown Historical area. The cottage is at the back of a Victorian home located on a busy, Pensacola street. There is potential for traffic noise. Great antique stores, wine bars, beer brew pubs, restaurants, boutiques, and shopping are all a short walk away. Within a 20 minute walk straight down Palafox to the water (Bay) and marina. Stroll the area, or catch Uber to downtown! Welcome to your home away from home.

It’s likely you won’t see me during your stay, which allows you more privacy and convenience. However, I am here anytime you need to reach out. If you need anything or have questions, just send me a message via Airbnb and I’ll be quick to respond. My real estate company is located in Suite A, with people there during office hours. Sometimes I am actually staying in Ste A to the front of the big home. Drop by if you need anything.

For a mini vacation this rental was good. Couch is very uncomfortable and the tv did not allow for many channel access. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

I've stayed in many rentals, good and bad. The rental although small was well kept, clean, and located in a walkable area... perfect . I was very impressed with the amenities. There was no need for me to bring all that I did, hair dryer, coffee, wine, soap, etc., because it was all there to include beach toys. Thank you for taking the time to make sure your customers were comfortable and taken care of. GOOD JOB!

Over all the place was nice and cozy. The water pressure was very weak but ok. TV was very limited channels to watch unless you have a Roku account. Maybe I could have reached out to owner and got a pass but I didn't. Also the dinning room ac would start about 30sec and then would cut off for awhile but never reached out about that either because it wasn't to bad in the place. The bedroom ac worked great. Cute quite little place. Enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location with the necessary amenities

Very convenient to downtown and not far from the beaches, though Pensacola is pretty compact. Property was clean with all the necessary amenities. There is a small outdoor seating area that’s fine for a glass of wine after dinner, but I would’t plan on grilling or having dinner out there.

Silence in the city

This is a super cute, quiet location close to everything! I loved the welcome book with some history of the cottage—so cool! We even had a bottle of wine waiting for us! The bed was very comfortable as well! Highly recommend!

Perfect location and great property!

This is the perfect property for single or two guests. Good decor and super convenient to everything! Easy to get Ubers immediately and only 15-20 minutes from the beach. A bottle of moscato and wine glasses waiting upon arrival was a nice touch! Loved this one! I will be back!

Great Location

This is a cute little place that was big enough to sleep our family of three but small enough to be affordable. The location was great! During our visit, the host (who also operates the real estate business next door) was having a big birthday bash in the parking lot right outside of the unit, which honestly was a bit unexpected, but it was only for a few hours and everyone was so super friendly. They even invited us to join the party! A bottle of wine and an informational notebook, offering recommendations for dining and entertainment, were there for us when we arrived - we appreciated that extra touch. Also - very important - the beds were comfy. Thanks for letting us stay, we really enjoyed Pensacola!
