Located in the basement of a recently renovated townhome in the quiet neighborhood of Brentwood. The basement suite has its own private entrance, come and go as you please.
This studio suite has a Queen bed, desk, dresser and garment rack, small dining table, renovated full bathroom, mini fridge, coffee maker, and ironing board. (Note: No stove/oven)
Enhanced cleaning procedures are used between stays. No smoking or pets allowed. Hosts live upstairs on-site, so there may be occasional footsteps but we pride ourselves on being respectful and will not disturb. But easily accessible if you need anything.
