Great location on a quiet street. Cozy and clean with a very comfortable bed. Host was super responsive and offered suggestions for local favorites. The welcome beverages and treats were a lovely touch and much appreciated. We would definitely stay again when we return to DC.

Reid was an amazing host. He was responsive to our questions and accommodating when we had an additional need. The apartment location was excellent and it could not have been cleaner. More than that, the little touches make you genuinely feel like you are a wanted guest. They were VERY generous with the food and snacks provided and the kitchen itself had everything (and then some) that we needed. Reid also provided an extensive list of his favorite places - we only wish we had more time to explore them. The location is amazing. The apartment is on a quiet street, but there is a lot happening near by. We were here for a week of work and had what really felt like a local experience. The red line (Metro) is a short distance away and we used it daily for our work needs. Again, we truly enjoyed the experience, the AC was a pleasant relief from late summer heat, and we definitely recommend Reid’s rental!

Very nicely appointed. Loved the mix of modern and antique furnishings. Wonderful extra touch and surprised to find fruit, snacks, cheese and champagne on arrival. That was a super nice touch!Great location to Adams Morgan and short walk to Woodley metro line to get you to museums, Whitehouse, monuments etc.Only very minor issue is the entry and door lock. For folks arriving at nite, either turn on the porch light or install motion sensor lighting to locate the keypad.Highly recommended for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in DC. Definitely our air b&b choice for our next visits.Many thanks again to our hosts!
