We four adults loved everything about this rental. So clean, comfortable. Great location, full kitchen, good lighting, ample seating, nice shower and bathroom. Nice beds, tho pull out in living room was not the greatest for sleeping. Felt safe walking in the evening, walked everywhere (mall area, Adams Morgan neighborhood, zoo). Metro station close by, as were restaurants, convenience store, Whole Foods, coffee shops (tho had decent coffee from the rental's keurig, too). We'd definitely come back!

We had an amazing stay here. The accommodations were perfect for the three of us and communication was easy with the host. We had our car with us and the parking was convenient during our stay - we walked, rode the bus and metro to get around DC. Thanks for the great place!

I was in town with my husband, sister and brother-in-law to visit the sites. We had a wonderful time and were very pleased with the house. It was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, the location is great and we felt very safe. The only thing I wish they had were some dark curtains, in the bedrooms. The lights in the back were pretty bright and I was thankful that I was very tired and fell asleep pretty quickly or the lights would have probably bothered me more. Would definitely stay again!

This apartment provided ample space for our family of four. It was very well decorated, cleaned, and maintained. It does not feel like a basement-- it has a windows in multiple rooms, a separate entrance in the front of the building. The neighborhood is cute, safe, and walkable, and the parking spot was convenient. We would stay there again.

Great location for our purpose of visit. Close to the Metro, restaurants and Howard University. Very walkable for all of our needs. Spacious for 5 adults (all family), nice kitchen and bar seating made for a great open space to visit and enjoy a nice meal in.
