while keeping the beauty and grandeur of its glory of yesteryear. The home
can easily accommodate small and large groups and has ample off-street

homeowners ensure a safe, issue-free stay and peace of mind.

Moore Manor offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full, en suite baths, a
suite-adjacent bath and 3 additional half-baths. The home can sleep 17+
and has plenty of space for large parties or events - or smaller groups who
just like room to roam. It has plenty of outlets and high-speed internet/wifi
throughout, and down-time - if you have it - can be spent watching one of
the many smart televisions throughout the home. But there’s plenty of
space for quiet time, unhooking and unwinding too - including a near
home-length welcoming parlor with a view of the downtown area and
glimpses of the lake. You might even want to play detective and do a little
research on the rich history of the manor.

Up one of two staircases, the second floor is dedicated to guest suites -
one of which has a completely remodeled en suite bathroom with walk-in
shower and double vanity, and a newly added third-floor common area with
lounge and half-bath.

On the main floor, or “hub” of the home, is where guests will enjoy a
streamlined cherry-wood kitchen stocked with cooking and dining
essentials, and a large adjacent dining area that seats 10. French doors will
lead you to a large, furnished seasonal screened-in porch perfect for
morning coffee or afternoon barbecues. It’s also perfect for wet towels and
sandy swimsuits after a day at the beach located just a block away. Dual
doors will take you to the part-sun, part-shade backyard where you may be
visited by friendly local wildlife, including cardinals and deer.

Back inside on the main floor, nearly 10’ high ceilings crown a large
family/tv room - complete with a wood-burning fireplace and a grand formal
dining room that offers a massive “king’s” table big enough to comfortably
accommodate 12 people. Off to the side is a half-bath and laundry room.
Across the way, through a large, vaulted foyer - where you’ll see the
manor’s regal, French-door main entry, and welcoming parlor - is a master
