 The apartment upstairs has 45 square meters and consists of a spacious living / bedroom with 2 very comfortable single beds that can be put together or separately, a sofa bed, a balcony overlooking the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower room.
The heating and hot water treatment runs on a modern gas boiler.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with exhaust air, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, a fridge with freezer, and a pantry and of course enough crockery.

In addition, the apartment has a flat-screen TV, a music system and a hair dryer, and free Internet access via Wi-Fi.

Washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement of the house are available to our guests free of charge.
Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.
Parking for your car can be found on our private parking in front of the house or at the roadside at any time

abgenutzte und hellhörige Wohnung

in dieser Wohnung konnten wir nicht einschlafen wegen komischen Geräuschen wie der Toilettennachspülung, Husten von Nachbarn, also die Wohnung ist furchtbar hellhörig. Sehr einfache Ausrüstung und alles war sehr abgenutzt und schien sehr lieblos zu sein. Jawohl!

Abendsonne stay

The location was okay, but the pictures on the website were misleading. The picture implied a separate bedroom and living room, not so. Although there was enough room for three adults to sleep, I had expected a separate bedroom. It was rather small but sufficient for five nights. Would not stay there again, rather pay a little more and feel more comfortable.
