Get away from it all in this spacious pool home on a canal that leads to the Tampa Bay. Watch the sunset as you relax by the pool in the enclosed lanai, go kayaking, fish out on the dock, and maybe even see a dolphin or manatee in the canal. This beautiful 3BR/2BA home is great for the whole family. 15-30 min away from several beaches, nearby supermarket, 35 min from Busch Gardens, and only 1 hr 20 min from Disney.

More details:
Comfy 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, one of which is connected to the master bedroom. Direct access to the private patio and pool area from the master bedroom and one of the additional bedrooms, as well as from the kitchen and two dining areas. The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped with new stainless steel appliances.

The patio and pool area is enclosed by a lanai with doors that lead to the backyard and dock. There is a doggy door in the lanai so your furry friends can access the fenced backyard and play all day.

There's plenty for the kiddos and the whole family to do - from playing in the pool, to kayaking down the canal to the Tampa Bay, to movie night in our comfy, spacious living room on the large smart TV.

You can tie a small vessel to the dock. Contact owner for max length.

Perfect Retreat on the Canals You and your dogs will love

Easily one of the best properties I’ve stayed at for a short term rental. The owner was extremely communicative prior to check in and while the hot tub was left in service mode when we got there, the pool guy came to fix it within an hour of sending a message to the host. The house itself was impressively stocked with everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back.

Ultimate Relaxation

The property was located on a beautiful canal. The house was beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed seeing a couple of dolphins a manatee and plenty of fish! The spa and pool were both very welcomed after a days work. The kayaks provided us with a great way to explore the canal we paddled out to the bay. Our fur babies also enjoyed their time! The host was wonderful and took care of any and all questions immediately!!! Will be back for another stay!

Wonderful, Peaceful home

We just can't go stop going on what a wonderful stay we had at this home. The owners made everything a breeze and had quick responses. The place is very peaceful. Everything was comfortable (beds, couches, outside patio furniture). Pool and hot tub were clean and wonderful to use during the day. Close to restaurants and shopping. Loved watching the water in the mornings while sipping on coffee and tea. Would strongly recommend this home to anyone.

We had a wonderful stay! We really had no need to leave the home! My child loved the pool and I loved sitting on the lanai watching her in the shade with fans AND a TV! The home and scenery is simply beautiful! The beds were comfortable, the pillows were comfortable, quiet neighborhood, everything you need to cook with, eat with, laundry supplies, dish washing supplies, it’s all there! My favorite was enjoying my morning coffee on the lanai listening to the canal and the birds. I will definitely be back!

Perfect vacation house

We absolutely fell in love with the house. The owners communication with us was perfect and very helpful. We will definitely stay here again. The only “bad” things we found was the rooms ( master and bunk bed room) get VERY hot while the rest of the house freezes and we ran out of hot water during showers. That is very minor things compared to all the wonderful things this house has to offer! We had a blast and can’t thank them enough

My family and I came to visit extended family and I could not have picked a better home to stay at. It is very well taken care of ,you can tell the owners take pride in their rental home. The home was very clean and very comfortable beds and the master bath shower is great. Having the pool was great for the family my children loved it and very clean. Very nice kitchen to be able to eat in. Great yard and dock. Our hosts were great and very nice! We definitely will be back, plus it is a great location and a very nice neighborhood and easy access to stores. This was a 6 Star home!!! I highly recommend if staying in Tampa area.

Amazing Home and Location

We wanted a relaxing place for our 6 week winter getaway from Michigan! Shir's place offered everything and more! The lanai pool/hot tub/patio with large screen smart tv was our favorite "room". We even watched the Superbowl out there! Our favorite amenities were: Fridge in kitchen, fridge in garage and wine fridge under the coffee bar Large washer and dryer Huge smart TVs (the one on the patio was a bonus and most watched) Coffee bar (two coffee pots) Thank you for the extra chaises Great communication!!! Shir is a great communicator and got back to us quickly with answers. LOVED, LOVED, LOVED your place! We hope to come back sometime!
