Small charming row center house in a prime location of the spa town Bad Harzburg. Parking in front of the house available.

The house was renovated in August 2018 and the shower room was completely renewed. Located in the northern outskirts of Bad Harzburg in a preferred residential area only 2 km from the city center.
Spa center and train station can be reached by car in about 3 minutes.

Alles was das Herz begehrt

Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Treppe ist recht gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber muss man sich eben in Acht nehmen.Die Kinder haben das Etagenbett geliebt und sich um die obere Etage gestritten.Leider war das Wetter zu schlecht, als dass wir den Balkon hätten nutzen können.

Wanderurlaub mit der Familie

Die Wohnung ist rundum perfekt ausgestattet: es fehlte an nichts und man konnte sich ab der ersten Sekunde wohl und zu Hause fühlen!!!! Witzig geschnitten und die absolute Ruhe dort mit Blick auf die Berge....herrlich!Die Entfernung zum Centrum spielte für uns keine Rolle, da wir sowieso immer zu Touren aufgebrochen sind. Als Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Wandermöglichkeiten eignet sich die WHG sehr!Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war freundlich und super unkompliziert! Über den netten Willkommensgruß in der WHG haben wir uns sehr gefreut!.Absolut weiterzuempfehlen!!Einzige Anregung: eine Verdunkelung wäre auch in dem "Kinderzimmer" sinnvoll. Ansonsten TOP ;)

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem sauberen Zustand. Man konnte die Ruhe auf dem Balkon genießen, da sich die FeWo in einem ruhigen Teil des Ortes befindet. Das Zentrum war gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen, aber auch zu Fuß nicht allzu weit weg.

Schönes Haus für einen Familienurlaub

Sauberes Haus mit vielen Annehmlichkeiten. Wir würden herzlich empfangen und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Check in und Check out waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super für viele Ausflüge im Harz.

Super ausgestattet - Schöne Lage

Top ausgestattet. Man hat alles, was man braucht. Besonders Kinder-freundliche Ausstattung. Schöne Lage mit Blick auf die Berge. Die Wohnung ist auf 3 Ebenen aufgeteilt, mit Wohnzimmer und Küche/Essbereich, Kinderzimmer, Kinderbereich im mit Sofa oben und Schlafzimmer. Es gibt einen großen Balkon. Einzige Empfehlung an die Gäste: Nehmt warme Socken mit. Der Steinboden im Essbereich/Küche ist echt kalt.

Wir haben haben den Aufenthalt in der sehr guten Ferienwohnung genossen. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Von der Raumaufteilung über drei Geschosse wie in einem Bremer Haus waren wir begeistert.

Wenn man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln anreist, ist alles etwas weg vom Schuß und die Anbindung so lala. Aber da kann ja die Ferienwohnung nichts dafür. Sie ist super gut ausgestattet und schön geschnitten!

Schöne Ferienwohnung!

Eine schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem unser Sohn fand die Spielzeuge im Kinderzimmer super. Das Badezimmer ist etwas klein und man muss trittsicher sein aufgrund der vielen Treppen. Aber damit kann man leben. Können die Ferienwohnung wirklich empfehlen.

Schöne Wohnung am Rande von Bad Harzburg

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern in Bad Harzburg und haben den Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr genossen. Für Fragen war der Vermieter stets erreichbar und schnell verfügbar. Die Lage am Butterberg ist sehr schön.

Ein erholsamer Urlaub

Zur Ferienwohnung selbst wurde in den übrigen Bewertungen schon fast alles gesagt. Den sehr positiven Eindruck können wir nur bestätigen. Wichtig ist aus unserer Sicht noch zu erwähnen, dass der Zugang zur Wohnung über eine längere Treppe erfolgt. In der Wohnung führt eine vergleichsweise schmale und steile Wendeltreppe ins OG. Für uns war das kein Problem. Für ältere Personen oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern könnte das aber durchaus relevant sein und sollte ggf. in der Beschreibung erwähnt werden. Was uns zum Glück gefehlt hat, war eine Lademöglichkeit für unser Elektroauto. Hiermit könnte man sich einen Vorteil bzw. ein Alleinstellungsmerkmal gegenüber anderen Vermietern verschaffen.

Winter-Wonderland

Kontakt war total nett, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert! Wohnung ist schön, auch wenn eine Badewanne natürlich noch der Hammer wäre. Die Spielzeuge im Kinderzimmer waren auch sofort gern gesehen und ein Icebreaker! Mit den Kindern mussten wir im Grunde immer mit dem Auto los, da der Weg zu Fuß in die City etwas zu weit ist, aber darüber waren wir informiert. Auf das Torfhaus und in andere Skiorte kam man in 15 bis 30 Minuten. Alles top!!!

Top Lage und Super Ausstattung

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße, gut gelegen für Wanderung und anderen Unternehmungen. Die Ausstattung ist modern, gemütlich und für Familien geeignet.

Sehr erholsamer Kurzurlaub

Für unseren Kurzurlaub haben wir uns (2 Erwachse + 1 Kind 1,5 Jahre + 1 Kind 3 Jahre) für die Unterkunft in Badharzburg entschieden. Die Unterkunft ist etwas abseits der Stadt in einem ruihgen Wohngebiet gelegen. Mit kleinen Kindern ist der Stadtkern leider nur bedingt gut zu erreichen jedoch ist das P+R in Badharzburg sehr gut ausgebaut (mit der Kurkarte können auch die Busse mit genutzt werden). Badharzburg selbst ermöglicht eine abwechslungsreiche Freizeitgestaltung und bietet aufgrund der Nähe zu Wernigerode noch ein weiteres attraktives Reiseziel. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden auch einen weiteren Urlaub (Sommer) planen. Die Unterkunft ist für eine Familie sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Aufteilung über zwei Ebenen ermöglicht auch bei schlechtem Wetter oder am Abend genügend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung ermöglicht einen Urlaub ohne Einschränkungen und auch für die Kleinen war sogar Spielzeug zum Entdecken vorhanden.

Schöner Herbsturlaub

Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Bad Harzburg. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus ist neu renoviert und super ausgestattet. Es fehlt einem an nichts und man kann die viele Attraktionen I Bad Harzburg und der Umgebung schnell erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen

Gemütliche Wohnung-auch bei schlechtem Wetter erholsam.Schöne Wohnung mit allem eingerichtet, was benötigt wird. Einige Treppenstufen im Objekt-daher empfiehlt es sich, gut zu Fuß zu sein.
