Frustrating

Listing says 4 queen sizes. Nope, just 3. I told homeowner all of this he told me to look for a blow up mattress somewhere in the house. I was so frustrated with that response and the false advertising of the listing .. I looked for the blow up bed and no blow up bed. I couldn’t access the backyard patio area because the door was broken, I couldn’t charge my belongings because none of the outlets worked, the toilet in the master was not secured. I informed him of all of this and he did nothing about it. We couldn’t event use the living room because the couch was broken. Home owner didn’t give me a code at all he dropped off a key the day after check in and that got stuck in the door so we didn’t use it. I had to ask the cleaning person what the code was. It still had a pumpkin outside it’s front door for I’m assuming Halloween? Overall not a good experience.

VRBO or no VRBO

The initial contact with the property manager was confusing, they weren’t aware that the property was listed on VRBO and the check in time was unclear. Otherwise the property was very nice, however there is an issue with ants. The sliding door cannot be locked, (other than with a mop handle) which is an issue as it relates to security. Otherwise a very nice property!!
