Find and take pleasure of our vast and spacious home, good for large groups.
We take cleaning seriously. We wash all bedding, mop the floor, and wipe down all commonly touched surfaces with BLEACH at every check out.

*Please make sure to indicate the correct number of guests when booking
*Additional guest fees of $20 per guest, per night (after the 1st guest)
LATE CHECK OUT
*Sorry but we don't allow late checkouts.
*If you exceed, you will be charged $100 for the first 15 minutes, and an additional hour will cost you $100.
PARTIES NOT ALLOWED
*Please keep noise low in the quiet hours of 9pm to 9am.
*Strictly no drugs allowed.
*No smoking inside the home. If our cleaners catch the odor inside, you will be penalized. (You may smoke outside.)
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Kindly turn off the AC or heater before leaving our home.
- We have motion detector cameras outside for security reasons. There will be no cameras inside to protect your privacy.
- Cable TV is not available.
- You have to login to your own Netflix, Disney, Spotify, HBO, etc.
- $200 will be fined if we find out that you have violated ANY and EACH of our House Rules
