Please turn off all lights, fans, air conditioning units, hallway heater and space heaters.
Put trash in a tied, kitchen bag; glass, plastic, tin recyclables go in blue bin on 91ST street, regular trash in black bin on street. Overflow in patio bins by BBQ
Manually lock back porch door from inside of house.
Put house key back on hook in hall.
Retrieve key from lockbox.
Lock all 3 locks on front door.
Put key back in lockbox, close it & Scramble code.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
