House in quaint New Buffalo near the beach in Southwest Michigan. Enjoy the many amenities within the house or explore the wide variety of activities that the Michiana area has to offer!

Newly updated kitchen/living/dining room includes new (2022) stainless steel appliances, large quartz island, new 75" TV, and seating for 12 people (6 person dining table and 6 island stools).

Garage game room includes a Golden Tee arcade game, a foosball table, a pop-a-shot basketball game, pool table, cork dart board, giant jenga, kids' basketball and dart game, bean bags (cornhole), various table top games, new TV, a custom mural, and two ledge bars (5 stools) .

The downstairs media room includes a twin bed with an additional twin trundle bed, wet bar, overhead projector, and projector screen.

Large backyard with a brand new 6-8 person Nordic hot tub, 6 person dining table with umbrella, Weber gas grill, large fire pit area, hammock, plenty of open grassy area, and bordered by two wooded lots (south and west) that are perfect for deer and other wildlife sightings.

Walk to the private association beach. The house is 0.7 miles from the beach (approximately a 20 minute walk). *Though the beach has been perfect all summer, the size of the beach is subject to Lake Michigan water levels. Both New Buffalo and Michigan City Public Beaches are also a short (under 10 minute) drive from the house.

8 minute drive to downtown New Buffalo for dining, shopping and ice cream. Four Winds and Blue Chip casinos are a short drive away. Shop at the Lighthouse outlet mall in Michigan City. 70 miles to Chicago (easy access to Chicago by South Shore or Amtrak trains), 40 miles to South Bend to enjoy Notre Dame football, Or use this as a base to explore all that Michigan has to offer all year round-- kayak, bikes, many golf courses, skydiving, apple picking, wine tasting, breweries, distilleries, hiking, enjoying the fall colors, cross country skiing or downhill skiing.

The BEST!

This was SUCH a great place to stay. The house is absolutely lovely, the host was very helpful, and, as if it couldn’t get any better, there was a family of deer that just seemed to hang out with us all weekend. We were thrilled with our stay.

A very pleasant stay! We enjoyed this beautiful home near Lake Michigan. It’s also close to Warren Dunes and New Buffalo Beach. Loved the Hot tub and the nearby Sunset Beach within walking distance!

Great Place!

I don’t normally leave reviews, but I appreciate how great of a place to stay this was. Super clean, with a huge kitchen island for everyone to hang out, nice game room, and a comfortable entertainment room with a huge projector screen to watch movies/games. Everyone else in our group had great things to say about this place as well.

June Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house and neighborhood were as described. The house had everything we needed. It’s a 15 min walk to the private access for beach so we were able to go daily. The host checked in on us once we arrived to make sure we didn’t need anything which I thought was nice.

Great Stay!

We celebrated my daughters 7th birthday here. The home was the perfect place to host for her celebration. The kids loved the game room and theatre room. The hot tub was also a great hit. Enough space for adults and children. Very clean/comfy and plenty of appliances and dish ware for cooking. Would definitely book again.
