We're located in the residential area of south Clearwater Beach. FULL kitchen with all new appliances.

Newly remodeled, brand new everything! King bed with wall-to-wall curtain to separate the bed area from main living area. Living room has full-size sleeper sofa. Standard size appliances in kitchen including a dishwasher & full-size oven. Full bathroom has tiled shower/bathtub combo & a door to close for privacy. Double sinks, long vanity with pocket door to close for privacy from bedroom area. Set up for 2 adults.

Balcony has views of the intercoastal waterway.

Our gated pool is open 9am to sunset.

Across the street or a walk down the street are beach merchandise stores, gift shops, a small grocery store, restaurants, a sports bar, a tiki bar, a beach bar or mini golf. You can fish off our private pier or try the public fishing pier off Pier 60.

Tropical birds hang out in our yard, dive into the water & fly throughout the beach. Tall Egrets (white, brown, grey), Herons (white, grey/blue, tri-colored), Pelicans (white or brown), Scrub Jays (similar to Blue-Jays), Ospreys, White Ibis, Cranes, Oystercatchers, Skimmers, Noisy & Loud Wild Green Parrots are regular visitors.

While looking for birds, you’re most likely to see dolphins as you sit in our yard. They come up to the seawall & under our pier looking for their breakfast & dinner around sunrise & sunset. Dolphins are in our waterway all day long but get more active during mealtime. Or just sit & watch sailboats, Dolphin Watch boats, private yachts, or private boaters traveling along our waters looking for dolphins or pleasure boating.

Most everything is walking distance, no need for a car. Save your money, avoid parking fees, traffic & just enjoy the sights. If you do drive, leave your car parked on-site & use the local ride services or rent bicycles for the family or just for fun. We have a bike rack in the backyard. You can also rent mopeds, Surreys, Scooters, Beach Cruisers, right down the street at Shephard's Resort, in person or online. There’s also LYFT & UBER for airport rides or any rides.

Just what we were looking for!

Close enough to walk to everything but far enough away that it was quiet. Looks like unit was updated fairly recently, had just enough space for the two of us. Great view from the balcony, we enjoyed our coffee out there most days. Really appreciated the dedicated parking space and never having to worry about finding parking.

As it appears. Small tidy clean. Easy walk to stuff some just across the street. Sadly no dolphins but the pool was lovely and it was quieter than the rest of the town which we lived

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here in Clearwater. We walked and took the trolley everywhere. The beaches were beautiful and the restaurants were great. This condo unit is easy to access on the second floor and very comfortable and clean (except the floor). We did have some loud teens staying in the unit next to ours which changed the vibe a bit.

We loved staying here. Communication was amazing and we were given so much information about the surrounding places to go as well. Everything was new and very clean. We loved this part of town because it was quiet and we could still walk to the busier part of town when we wanted. We would stay here again.

Perfect in everyway

Host was fabulous throughout trip and before. Very responsive and helpful even when were booked during hurricanes, she helped us rebook etc. Unit was just redone and had everything we needed. Location is a little quieter than being in the middle of things but everything is walkable which is nice. We didn't rent a car just walked everywhere! Highly recommend and will be back!

Spring Training/Beach Escape

Anniversary Getaway!

We had the best time! The pool was perfect and the location was as well. I enjoyed being a tad bit away from the crowd. It was amazing. Definitely would come back and stay!the condo is well taken care of and from what I heard one of the nicer ones they have! Loved the full kitchen and the balcony.

Winter get away

We had a winter escape from Ohio, to Clearwater Beach, our 1st time! We loved it here. There’s lots of fun things to do in walking distance of the condo and nearby beach towns to explore in the car. The condo was very nice, and served us well during our stay. The location was enjoyable to sit on the balcony and watch boats, and enjoy the palm trees, but also walk to the beach and attractions, and neighboring streets. We would definitely stay here again.

The pictures are exactly what you get. Well equiped kitchen, quiet area, super clean and handy beach accessories. Had no issues with anything. Check-in process very easy and convenient. So much to do in the area, we didn't get close to seeing everything.

Fun fall break getaway

Super cute updated condo. Perfect for 2. Brand new and very clean. The trolly is great and like a 2 min walk. We visited beaches all the way from Clearwater to St Pete, ate at crabby bills original in Indian Rocks with live music, shopped at John’s pass and had dinner at Caddy’s on the dock while watching dolphins, all using the trolly. Friday night at Pier 60 we enjoyed sunset and street performers. Everything is walkable or a short trollly ride.

The pictures online are not an accurate representation of the condo and should be updated. The condo is much older than the pictures show. We tried to contact the property manager about how to work the tv box but didn’t get a response for over 24hours with a suggestion that we had already tried.The bed needs replacing, it’s very uncomfortable with sagging into the springs on both sides and a raised area in the center.On the positive side, there were no neighbors the week we were there so the place was quiet during our stay.

2-week trip

We enjoyed the condo, great location. Walkable yet helpful to have a car for longer day trips. Enjoyed the balcony for coffee in the morning or relaxing at the end of the day. We love Clearwater beach and all it has to offer. Suggestions for a longer stay would be a gas grill instead of charcoal the current community grill is ancient. The bath tub needs to be recalked did have mold. And the bath mats should be cleaned between guests, they were not clean or better yet remove them. Even with these suggestions I rated a 5.

Location was amazing with access to Clearwater tourist area.

Everything about the condo was extremely clean and provided everything one needed. One concern was the bed sheets on the master bed - saw some black hairs on the sheets. Another concern was the neighbors in 15 - they kept us awake on Saturday night until 2am with loud talking and laughing on their balcony - it was just a woman and a man but they were talking to some other folks on their cell phone which was on speaker. Soooo annoying! Overall the condo was lovely and certainly the price was right!

Week at Clearwater Beach

When we first entered the condo, the outside door gave us pause. Upon entering the condo, we were not excited about bed first thing you encounter. There was no privacy on deck and view was not great. After becoming accustomed to the place which was clean and well equipped, we adjusted and found plenty to make our stay enjoyable. There was a leak in condo above us and a the nice repairman, Raul came to address it. He was very professional and texted us when he needed to be in the place. The hole in ceiling of bathroom was not pleasant and when guest took the condo the last day we were there, it was a little less pleasant as the pipe visible when they used their facility made us uncomfortable. Jessica did contact us and this situation was not a deal breaker, but it was not what we expected to encounter for our week.

Disappointing experience

We were scheduled to stay from April 12–17, 2025, but unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations.While check-in was easy, the condo was clean, and having designated parking was convenient, the listing failed to mention that this was a studio unit. That was the first surprise. The space was extremely limited, with only one small closet already filled with beach chairs and other miscellaneous items—leaving us with nowhere to store suitcases or personal belongings for two people.The TV cable wasn’t connected, and there were no instructions on how to set it up. We reached out to the owner but never received a reply, which was frustrating. Even more unsettling was a laminated sign on the kitchen backsplash (and again in the welcome folder) warning about bugs, with pictures, and multiple instructions on keeping food out of the trash, making sure doors and windows were sealed tightly, and not leaving food out at all. It gave the impression that pest issues were an ongoing concern. To be fair, we did not see any bugs.At that point, we no longer felt comfortable staying. We didn’t even unpack or spend a single night there, opting instead to check into a hotel for the remainder of our trip—doubling our costs. We’ve used VRBO before and had great experiences, but this one was disappointing. We strongly suggest the listing be updated to clearly state that it's a studio and give a more accurate sense of the space and conditions.
