Apartment No. 2 is on the 1st Floor of the new house built in 2014 and offers space for max. 4 adults and a child in a cot. The living / dining room is u. a. equipped with a cozy seating area and TV, as well as an open kitchenette and dining area. From the living area you have access to the furnished south balcony. The kitchen is u. a. with 4-burner stove, oven and many small electrical appliances. The property offers two bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m - separate mattresses) and a large wardrobe. The daylight bathroom has a shower, toilet and a washing machine.

Only about 7 minutes walk from the beach, the beautiful Baltic Sea, the spa promenade and many shopping opportunities.

Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur Kurpromenade. Freundliche Vermieter. Würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Tip Top Ferienwohnung! Empfehlenswert!

Die Wohnung ist nur wenige Jahre alt in einem sehr gepflegten 2-Parteien Objekt im 1. Stock. Der Wohn-Essbereich ist großzügig und ansprechend möbliert, die beiden Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Doppelbetten und geräumigen Kleiderschränken ausgestattet. Das Bad ist ebenfalls groß, auch die Dusche ist größer als normal. Auf dem Balkon kann man gut abends noch verweilen oder morgens frühstücken. Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden. Die Straße befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Zum Strand läuft man in 5 Minuten, zur Seebrücke sind es etwa 15-20 Minuten. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
