Welcome to this comfortable 80-square-meter, 3-room apartment for 4 people in Timmendorfer Strand.

The living room features a cosy sofa set and a flat-screen TV. Adjacent to it is the open-concept kitchen, where you’ll find all the essentials that make daily life more enjoyable.

From here, you can step out onto the large south-facing balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden—a perfect spot to enjoy your holiday.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a TV. The open loft also invites you to relax, with two pull-out leather sofas and another TV.

The central location and the comfort of the individual apartments leave nothing to be desired. Each ground-floor apartment has a large sun terrace with patio furniture and lounge chairs, and the rear ground-floor apartment also features a spacious garden for your enjoyment. The holiday apartments on the ground floor each feature a spacious south-facing balcony with plenty of patio furniture for relaxing.

The property surrounding both houses is fully fenced.

The spa park and the beautiful spa promenade with its exclusive shops are just a few minutes’ walk away.

You can park your car in the on-site parking space.

A trip to the old Hanseatic city of Lübeck is worthwhile in every season. The Old Town is characterised by its 12th-century street layout, and with a total of 210 bridges, Lübeck is often referred to as “Little Venice.” A stroll through the narrow alleys and passageways is truly picturesque.

On Wolburgstraße, you can enjoy your holiday with the whole family, just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea.
