Feel like sea view and beach? - then you are in this apartment gold right.
The apartment is located in the holiday country on the south beach. It is characterized by large open spaces with airy plants. For your vehicle is a parking space in front of the house and is available for free. Bicycles can be parked in a bicycle room.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with sea views and directly in the immediate vicinity of the fine sandy south beach. It invites to long beach walks. Cafe's, bistros, restaurants and a bakery are nearby and are within easy walking distance. The view of the harbor entrance, the opposite "Wulfener neck" and the open sea is sensational. Watch the sailing yachts stare or the trawlers coming back from sea, the activities of the surfers and kite surfers, or simply the birds and the nature - just a short walk away - the Burgtiefe marina.
My apartment "Fancy a view of the sea and the beach" I have in the spring of 2019 completely renovated, newly furnished and equipped.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven with microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and toaster etc. and a washing machine.
The bathroom is bright and friendly tiled. The shower has a size of 80x80cm. A water heater gives you unlimited hot water.
In the living and dining area is the dining table, from which you can watch the action on the water while eating. Here is also a cozy sofa overlooking the sea and the TV.
TV and radio can be received via the free Wi-Fi. Bring your own CD's that you can play with the CD player or use the radio as a Bluetooth speaker.
Tasteful furniture, carpets and decorations complete the cozy and high-quality equipped living and dining room.
From the living room you have access to the south-west facing balcony, which is equipped with nice garden furniture.
From the living room you can also enter the cozy bedroom. It is equipped with a 1.80 m wide and 2.00 m long double bed with two single mattresses and a large wardrobe with large mirrored doors.
From both rooms you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Baltic Sea.
