The TOP apartment is located in the idyllic Petersdorf, the capital of Westfehmarn on the Baltic island Fehmarn. The beach is 3 kilometers, which is easily accessible via a bike path.
You can expect a sun-drenched, modern and fully furnished 62m² apartment, which has been newly renovated. A barrier-free bathroom with rain shower and the kitchen were also recreated.
The stylish living room has a comfortable seating area, a modern flat screen TV with cable connection and a dining area for 4 people. An integrated closet creates additional storage space. The cozy bedroom has a double bed for 2 people with new 7-zone mattresses. The modern kitchen with high-gloss fronts is equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob. All floor coverings are allergy friendly. It is a non-smoking apartment.
The apartment is accessed through a pergola, from where you have a beautiful view of the landscaped courtyard. In the basement there are rooms in which you can accommodate bikes or sports equipment locked (elevator available). Parking is plentiful and free of charge.
