The host was incredibly gracious. We had a very weird schedule. They were flexible with us and worked with us to make sure we could extend our stay. We so appreciate it and it definitely is going to become our home away from home when we visit my in-laws in Arkansas.

We stayed December 2025 during holiday travels. We were so road weary when we arrived after dark. What a lovely surprise to find a small Christmas tree lit up and other lights simply strung above the windows. Immediately made me feel cozy and at home. Also, such a fantastic use of an overall small space. We were 3 adults and three children and were very comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed. We particularly loved that in the sleeping loft there was a toilet room. No one had to come down the steep stairs in the middle of the night. Great design. We hope to stay again in the summer when we can enjoy the outdoors more. Kevin, thanks for your hospitality!

Served the purpose

I guess they are afraid guests are going to steal their cleaning supplies and cook ware. Had to go buy cleaning supplies to be able to clean up after ourselves, had the bare minimum of cookware. Our main reason for doing this instead of a hotel is to be able to prepare our own meals rather than eating out. In an older neighborhood with government apartments across the street.

I'm sorry that Kelli was not pleased with our property. We leave a minimal number of supplies for our guest.They may have needed more supplies for the dog that they sneaked in because we have a no pet policy.The government apartments across the street have very nice and quiet Special needs tenants. My prayers are that none of our guest will ever mistreat them. They never cross the street. However, Kelli was still a good guest overall. Thanks for booking with us.

We stayed at this property so we could float the Caddo river. It was a nice quiet stay, the porch on the back is relaxing with a beautiful view. The property is just as explained two bedroom 1 bath. There's enough parking for big vehicles. The neighborhood is very quiet.
