The space:
Consider as a duplex living: Accessed from outside steel steps (8 with a landing mid way) , your space is situated in the entire lower half of the house (1,600 sq ft!) with 10-12 ft high ceilings and all you need to cook, do laundry or work in peace! It's 100% private because nobody is upstairs . Your area is a 2 BR (and a large office), full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. A full *kitchenette* and dining space has all appliances needed (also a blender, air fryer, upsized fridge based on first guests feedback), and stackable washer/dryer. Your own entrance off of the patio terrace, which is perfect for a morning coffee, or an evening tea or glass of wine while watching the sky change colors! NOTE: the jacuzzi is strictly prohibited from guest use and monitored by SmartApp; guests who attempt to use it will be asked to leave immediately at their own lodging expense. This is not listed as one of the included amenities, insurance doesn’t cover it, and the chemicals are not maintained on a regular basis.

Please be honest about additional guests (more than 2) or pets. If you plan to have visitors stay more than 1 night, I need to know please.

Also included: a spacious, brightly lit workout/fitness room on a beautiful epoxy floor: nearly sound proof so you can groan, moan, and blast music with the Bluetooth compatible loud speaker if you'd like (nobody to hear you or judge you in this windowless room!) It has 10-15 lb hand weights, yoga mats, resistance bands, ab roller. You can be creative with the bands and weights, plenty of space for lunges or following online video workouts. I assume you’ll get your cardio outside either on a hike, bike ride, or simply a hilly neighborhood walk so there is no cardio equipment.

Add ons:
Pets: I love them! But no matter how well behaved, there is property risk, so a 1 time additional fee is required. Max of 2 allowed. There is no fencing on the property so your pet should not be outside unattended!

Garage storage space optional/additional for long term guests. And items must be removed when you check out. Extending storage need is negotiable, however.

1 minute to neighborhood Confluence trailhead, 10 min drive to Jem trails, 25 min to Zion by car, 12 min to Sand Hollow State Park, 2 hours to Bryce Canyon National Park, 2 hours to Vegas. Minutes from excellent locally-owned restaurants, coffee/smoothie businesses, bike store, grocery/hardware store, and gas. Some of the best golfing views in the world are minutes away - many to choose from!

Guest access:
The entire lower half of the unoccupied house. There will be a binder upon your arrival for local tips but otherwise, Google is the most popular option
