Overall the accomodations were wonderful. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The house is conveniently located and easily accessible. The backyard had a lovely gazebo but the yard was not maintained.

Refuge from the moving boxes

We stayed while moving, from a house in Tampa to a house in St. Petersburg. It was the perfect location for our purposes. The house is very nicely updated, with beautiful tile work in the bathrooms/kitchen. We were super comfortable and would definitely stay again. Enjoyed walking the dog through the neighborhood, too!

Tampa House

The home was very comfortable, clean and well represented by the pictures in the listing. We did not expect that it would be on a very busy, noisy street. Other than that there was everything we needed and close to grocery stores and pharmacies.

Great Stay

Check in was easy! The property manager was easy to chat with. When we first got there the ice bin had water in it and the fridge and freezer were not cooling. We adjusted the temperature and it started working a little better but it seemed like maybe the fridge/freezer was close to dying. I let the property manager know and he checked in with me several times and offered to come make repairs. The place was very clean, the backyard was set up nicely to hang out. The location was perfect! It was easy to get an Uber to Raymond James Stadium. It was only a short drive for anything you needed.
