The building is one of Lincoln’s best Art Deco-style buildings, originally constructed in the early 1900's. Newly furnished, with brand new appliances. Walk to an event at the Lied Center, catch a movie at the theatre that's right across the street, or head over to a bar or restaurant in the Haymarket. Walking distance to Memorial Stadium and Pinnacle Bank Arena. There is a Mill coffee shop on the ground floor as well!

Basketball weekend

Great location to PBA, Haymarket and our kids on campus. Could walk to everything we wanted to do. Condo was amazing & everything we needed. Appreciated the white noise machine!

Great condo for out of town Husker fans to stay in. Perfect location. Close to the Haymarket and campus. And the Husker decorations make it even better.

Excellent Property

The condo is immaculate and impeccably maintained. Jackie has furnished it tastefully and comfortably. The location, right downtown is perfect. We parked in the garage upon our arrival and never used our vehicle. There are numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options within walking distance, including the Haymarket District and the UNL campus. Jackie was excellent to work with on the rental. She was responsive and cooperative. The entire rental, check in and check out process was great. If we return to Lincoln, we wouldn't look for anything else.

Amazing downtown condo!

We loved our stay!!! Jackie’s place is wonderful. Walking distance to everything for a Husker football weekend. It’s clean and comfortable. Home away from home. Our pup loved it too.

Fun Nebraska decor. Great location. Pet friendly. Really accommodating host who let us check out a little late so we go to church and eat lunch and our dog had a place to chill! Highly recommend!

Squeaky clean, great location!

We stayed here for our daughter’s UNL college graduation. This property is located in a convenient location - 10 min walk from Memorial stadium, restaurants and all things related to graduation, We really enjoyed the place. There are plenty of clean towels, kitchen is nicely-appointed and furnishings are well-suited to the space. Host communication was top- notch; included plenty of necessary details regarding parking, etc. Overall, terrific experience! The only downside is due to its location, there is plenty of night time city noise. This is also what makes it super-convenient though. We were prepared for city noises as it had been mentioned in other reviews. Great spot and wonderful experience!

Very Nice Condo, Great Location

We were in the condo for 9 nights. The unit is great - comfortable, well equipped with everything we needed (lots of kitchen utensils and even laundry soap!), and a very nice shower. Jackie was very helpful when we contacted her with a few questions. The only caveat I would have is that if the Highball Bar across the street is having a big night, it will sound like there is a dance party in your living room until 2 am. This appears to be totally random, and oddly, the last weekend there was absolutely dead quiet and sleep was easy, but if the bar is hopping - use your earplugs.

We srayed here on NYE and it was an easy two block walk to Single Barrel restaurant and two blocks, the other way, to the Rococo theatre. Bed was a little hard, but overall a great stay.

After a hard time finding the place, our stay was wonderful! The property was super clean and has a relaxed, cozy feel. The owner has it decorated very nice! Even had a Christmas tree which was a nice extra. I had to message the owner with a question and she contacted me immediately. Very impressed!! Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!!
