This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has everything that you and your guests need to enjoy your stay. Located on the 4th floor you may access the condo via keypad entry provided by your host (elevator and stairwell access). Free Wi-Fi and washer dryer available to accommodate all lengths of stays. In the kitchen you will find new appliances, coffee maker, plates/silverware, and all basic cookware. The bedrooms and baths come with towels, clean sheets, and a TV in the master bedroom. Cozy condo close to everything

We spent Easter weekend visiting our daughter who is a UNL student. The condo comfortable and close to everything! Brett was an amazing host and super responsive whenever I reached out. We will stay here again.

This rental was the perfect location for anything happening downtown. We were able to park our vehicle in the suggested parking garage and walk to Pinnacle and all of the Haymarket area with ease. It is convenient to have The Mill Coffee House as part of the building. The secure entry into the building was flawless. The couch was super comfy to wind down in the evenings. It was great to have all of the amenities. I would highly recommend this condo vs a hotel any day.
