We liked the Northside location with it being less noisy and more upscale. The downside, the condo ran out of water for half a day; a loss of electricity for approximately 10 hours one day; and there seemed to be issues with mosquitoes in the condo even though we kept all doors and windows closed.

Hi Cliff.
We are glad you enjoyed our perfect northside location. To be fair, the entire town of Sayulita lost power at that time, and that was also the reason why we ran out of water, as the town's pump system was down. Everything has been working perfectly ever since. Sorry you had a mosquito issue, not sure how that happened, as we do have mosquito screens on the doors and windows. Take care!
To sum it up, the air conditioning in the living room . The power was off or 3 hours one day. Tha water tank was empty never workedh.

Hi Nicholas.
Thanks for staying with us. And we are very sorry you experienced these issues during your stay. Unfortunately, power and water problems are town infrastructure issues, and there was nothing we could do about them. Luckily it was short-lived and Sayulita has had no problems since then. The AC in the living room was also damaged by the power issues, and we replaced the entire unit right away. Again, we apologize, and have done everything in our power to prevent or mitigate any future problems. Take care!
