This charming little home is cozy and close to the downtown restaurants and shopping in Montrose. Drive-in movie theater just a few minutes away. BBQ on the back patio or walk/ride to one of the local breweries for dinner or a fun night out. Games, books, tv and high speed internet provided. Great location

The property was easy to find, and we were able to walk to the main area of restaurants. It was also close to the hospital as well, just in case there was any need for that.

Comfortable and well located

We stayed here for an excursion to Black Canyon NP which is about a 20 minute drive from the house. The house has everything we needed: comfortable beds, good water pressure, well appointed kitchen. Everything was clean and in good condition. Definitely recommended for groups of 2-4 people visiting the area.

Black Canyon Adventure

Perfect home base to explore the Black Canyon and enjoy to town of Montrose. We even went to the drive-in movie theater. It was a great comfortable place to stay.
