Great get away

Palm Coast is unique due to the water canals. We needed a nice place to accommodate multiple couples. Our vacation rental was not on the beach but the beauty from backyard was very nice. We enjoyed the patio and spent great evenings together outside. The home is clean with higher end furniture making it a nice place for all. The owners are very considerate. We will stay there again when in the area.

Thanksgiving getaway

This was our second stay in Palm Coast area. This home has become our new favorite. The house had everything we needed in a great neighborhood on a bay. We were able to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal and eat outside on the patio. The rooms were big with comfortable beds. Our family will definitely be looking to return the next time we are in Palm Coast.

The house was just as the listing prescribed. Cleaned and very convenient. Loved the view. Disappointed with the weather but the house was nice. Thank you for letting us stay. Great communication with the host.

I have always lived less than an hour from the Atlantic Ocean. I was thrilled to have gotten our place in Palm Coast, FL just a few minutes from the beach on a Saltwater Canal. This is a place where my children and eventually my grandkids will come to enjoy the warmth of Florida. My hobbies include Going to the Beach, Gardening, and spending time with our pets. I love taking my kids to get ice cream, out shopping and date nights with my husband.

Why they chose this property

Central Location here. You can walk to European Village for restaurants and shops. Our Neighborhood is the Closest to the Intracoastal Waterway. There is parking at the local beaches just MINS AWAY Over Hammock Dunes Bridge (one way toll) and most are dog friendly (check ahead of time) and have bathhouses available.

What makes this property unique

Very Family Friendly and easy to relax with your pets fenced in from neighbors. Spacious and focused on the water front with a Boat House, Dock and Hot Tub you can use all year around! Enjoy the Boat House just built in 2022' on the Saltwater Canal- rent a boat or jet skis for your stay! New hot tub on the outside patio. Fire pit, ambiance light and morning sun in the backyard. This home has a lot of space with 4 bedrooms and a pullout bed in one of the two living rooms. Plenty of room for two families to be comfortable on Vacation!
