The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Any towels can be left in the bathtub/shower or feel free to start a wash/dry. Bed linens left on beds for cleaning service pick up.
Run dishwasher with any remaining dishes - they crew will put them away when they arrive. Trash can be placed in the garage hidden for pickup day. (Per city code rules)
Lock all doors including all 4 sliders that lock in the up position. Lights all off please and Thank you.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please trash bin out Sun/Wed Night for AM pickup. Bring in same day - IN GARAGE only per PalmCoast CODE ENFORCEMENT. Quiet residential neighborhood.
NO TRAILERS! No excessive/loud music/noise. Quiet Hrs. 8pm-8am-No events, parties, fireworks or loud music. Full time neighbors are next-door.
Before Leaving: Trash in bin in the garage and run the dishwasher please. PLEASE lock all windows sliders doors. Turn off lights -outside lights.

Another amazing stay

This was our second year staying at Endless Summer and we had such a great trip. It was wonderful to get away with my little family and just relax and enjoy ourselves. The house is spotless and very nicely decorated. We basically live in the pool and hot tub while we’re there. Breakfast on the lanai every morning is heavenly. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Hope to be back next year!

Amazing stay!

Property was absolutely what we hoped. We spent more time at the house using the pool and hot tub than anything else. House was immaculately clean and owner was great to deal with and very responsive.

Beautiful location

We had 4 adults and 2 dogs in our group, we stayed for 14 days, we thoroughly enjoyed the lanai area, pool and hot tub. I had a few questions for the host and I received quick attention to all questions.

Wonderful house in Palm Coast

Our family of six truly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfectly clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool and hot tub were delightful. Host was very responsive, and instructions were clear. We would definitely come back!

Better than advertised!

Christine is an excellent host with great communication on every detail and request. We enjoyed every aspect of the waterfront pool home. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a short or long term getaway in the Palm Coast region!

Absolutely awesome

Very close to all the beaches! We seen dolphins while swimming in the pool in the canal. Also was able to see 3 rocket launches from the back yard . Christine was absolutely awesome. I highly recommend their place !

This was a wonderful place to stay! Roomy and clean. The pool was enjoyed by the whole family all week long. Some of the group went kayaking and loved it. The beaches are a short drive away. Our family has been going on beach trips for many years and we agreed this would a the best house we have stayed at. Christine was extremely helpful with answers to my questions and with information. Can’t wait to go back!

Rejuvenating

We really didn't want to leave. The house, pool and dock do not disappoint. You have so many options to try other beaches to see what you like best. Christine is a joy to work with. I have used VRBO many times but by far the best experience I have ever had.

Amazing place

From check in to check out, Christine and Chris made everything smooth. The property is beautiful, and had everything we were looking for in a vacation house. Right on the water we caught snapper, catfish, Jack Crevalle and even some sort of skate/ray right from the dock. The boat and jet skis were new and in great shape. We had a bunch of fun on the river and inlet. Pool and hot tub were very nice, and the outside seating area was perfect for everyone to hang out. We loved the dual living rooms so everyone could spread out and have their own space to escape the heat. You could easily sleep 10 or more comfortably. This house has everything you could need. From beach towels, chairs and umbrella, to boogie boards and toys, fishing poles and even small ping pong table. New washer and dryer and all the kitchen utensils and pans you could need. Bring some clothes and stop at the store for some food and bait and you're ready to go. On a great dead end portion of the neighborhood, it was quiet and safe. Very close to a couple very nice beaches, restaurants and stores. We will gladly stay again! Thank you again so much for a memorable family vacation.

My hobbies include Going to any place with water, the ocean, lake, and rivers. Gardening and making flower beds. I love taking my kids to get ice cream, out shopping and date nights with my husband.
