Der Empfang von Frau F. war sehr nett . Die Wohnung ist etwas älter und man könnte den Parkett - Boden im Wohnzimmer renovieren (schleifen) das Reinigungspersonal würde es Ihnen Danken . Die Fenster lassen sich sehr schlecht schliessen . auf dem 5m2 grossen Balkon hat es einen Tisch und 6 Stühle.....mit 2Stühlen hätte man etwas mehr Platz .

Die Wohnung ist sehr kalt/ viele Aussenwände/ Eingangstüre keine Abdichtungen/Durchzug in der Wohnung/ Türen im Treppenhaus immer offen/Dauerdurchzug/nicht sehr umweltfreundlich/Kastentüre im Doppelschlafzimmer verliert Blende beim ersten Aufschieben Kasten unter dem Spülbecken verliert die Hinterwand/Lichtabdeckung vom Badschrank fällt ab beim benutzen der Steckdose/Die Küche ist so klein dass sich kaum 2 Pers aufhalten können darin/kleiner Klapptisch mit 2Ministülchen Abwaschmaschine?

Positiv: Die Grösse der Wohnung war für eine Familie mit Teenagern perfekt. Alles hat funktioniert ( Küchengeräte, Tv, WLAN usw.) Negativ: Zu wenig Essbesteck für 5 Personen Zu wenig Küchenbesteck In dem kleineren Zimmer mit denn zwei Einzelbetten hat es unter dem Fensterbrett Schimmel.

+ groß + sauber + mit Spülmaschine + super gelegen (Seeufer in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar) - leider sehr hellhörig. Das Stühle rücken der oberen Etagen hat uns jeden Morgen geweckt.

Super Lage!

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben, sauber, genügend Platz mit Stauraum und alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren dort 1 Woche, 2 Erwachse und 3 Kinder zwischen 1 und 7 Jahren. Die Lage ist sehr gut, ca. 10-Gehminuten (mit Kleinkind) zur Seepromenade, 5 Min. zum Migros, wo man alles bekommt was man braucht inkl. frischer Brötchen am Morgen. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist ebenfalls ca. 5 Gehminuten entfernt, zum Aus- und Einladen kann man kurz vor dem Haus parken. Waschmaschine ist im Keller, ab 18 Uhr kann man kostenlos waschen (Waschmittel muss man mitbringen), einen Staubsauger kann man sich jederzeit ausleihen. Wir können die Fewo empfehlen und würden uns wieder für sie entscheiden.

An zentraler Lage

Die Unterkunft ist in Gehdistanz zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten gelegen. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei geklappt. Obwohl vor dem Haus keine Parkplätze zur Verfügung stehen, besteht die Möglichkeit in einer nahegelegenen Tiefgarage gegen Bezahlung zu Parkieren. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

Sehr geräumige Wohnung

Ruhige Lage und dennoch zentral. Bushaltestelle, Restaurant, Bäckerei, Migros, Coop, Strandpromenade und Strandbad alles in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Übergabe und Abgabe klappte alles unkompliziert. Vielleicht sollte in den nächsten Jahren über eine Klimaanlage nachgedacht werden!
