My mom and I had a wonderful stay on this property. We found it to be clean, cozy and in a great location! The stairs are 26 which was a bit daunting for my 76 yo mom, so be careful booking this with elderly or people who can not climb stairs. I would recommend this place for cozy wonderful stay!!
My cousin and I went on a weekend get away to Wooster. The property was clean, convenient lively and quaint. It provided a great place to stay after a long day of exploring the town. Definitely felt like home!
This is a nicely renovated apartment on the third floor of a historic home. It is very comfortable and clean and has nice touches. The kitchen is well supplied. The air conditioning is a little loud, but other than that, everything was perfect.
This is such a nice house and very close to the college campus! We wish we would’ve found it sooner. It’s my son’s last year and he just graduated. We would’ve liked to have the opportunity to stay here over the years.!
Enjoyed my stay at this property. Main comment would be that the driveway is in the back of the property with no access through the back of the house, so there were a lot of '3 sides of a square' (car to street corner, corner to walkway, walkway to front door) trips moving my things in and out of the property. Then, once in the house, up/down 2 flights of stairs each time. It was doable but time-consuming. I would stay here again but would try to pack in a way that required fewer trips to/from car.
My daughter and I stayed here while we moved her in for her Sophomore year this week. Having a washer/dryer was very helpful. Very clean, quiet and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back.
My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the Coxon Inn while exploring the College of Wooster and the town of Wooster during her Spring Break. Everything was well stocked, from the bathroom to the kitchen--we even had water bottles waiting for us in the fridge! The location can't be beat--walking distance to the college and downtown Wooster!
The Writer's Nook was everything my daughter and I needed for our college visit. The location was super convenient to the college and everything we needed was stocked and waiting for us. We will definitely be returning!
Well kept century home with tasteful decor. Everything was sparklingly kept with unexpected and appreciated amenties in the fully functional kitchen.
Thank you!
We had a lovely stay in this two bedroom apartment. I was visiting my daughter at The College of Wooster which was only a few blocks away from the house. If it wasn’t 10 degrees out at the time I would have taken a nice walk there. There was a lovely kitchen so I could make some recipes from home and it had everything we needed. The apartment was in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood and is on the top floor so you have to go up some stairs (I think you could probably rent the first floor rooms if stairs are a problem). We had a great visit and found the place to be clean and with a good amount of space to watch some movies and catch up with my kiddo…it was a lovely apartment. Thanks!
