• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Cook your favorites in an updated kitchen with dual coffee makers (drip + Keurig), plus complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, and creamer. Please supplement kitchen, paper, and laundry supplies for stays longer than 7 days.
• Living Area: Bright, open, & cheery - Cozy up by the fireplace while streaming shows on the Smart TV (Roku + YouTube TV). Firewood is provided. Living area can accommodate up to 2 small people on the newer full size sofa bed. A preschool cot and mini pack n play are also provided.
• Laundry Room & Full Bath: Conveniently located off the kitchen.

1. Due to owners' allergies, cats are NOT allowed on the property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine. Damage caused by a pet or failure to follow GTA pet policies will also incur a fine.
2. No parties or large gatherings!
3. No smoking or vaping on the townhome premises!
4. This townhome sleeps four and uses keyless entry.
5. You must be 21 or older at the time of booking and present during the entire stay. We do not allow third party bookings.
6. We are unable to issue refunds for weather, sickness, or similar circumstances that are beyond our control. It is recommended that you purchase travel insurance if you desire a refund for these situations.
7. These townhomes have interior and exterior stairs. They are set nicely away from the parking lot, giving plenty of privacy, but YOU WILL NEED TO BE ABLE TO NAVIGATE STAIRS.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Individuals of vehicles using Galena Territory Association amenities while not displaying a temporary parking/guest pass are subject to a $150 fine.
There is a $45 replacement fee for each lost Galena Territory Owner's Club proximity card.
Any TENANT or their guests not adhering to the No Smoking policy will result in a $500 fine.

The property was very nice and quiet. There are 2 sets of stairs leading from the parking lot down to the condo so be aware of that if you have some mobility issues. The owners were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

We respond to all messages ASAP and have thoroughly enjoyed the many wonderful guests we have had the privilege to host!

Why they chose this property

This Golf Villa is located in a wooded area near the North Course. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Our townhome has it's own semi-private HOA outdoor pool in addition to the Galena Territory Club indoor and outdoor pools. There are also several hiking and walking trails nearby.
