Located at 19 Farmstead Lane. This is a three level townhome with 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 double beds and one with bunk bed/trundle bed ( sleeps three, great for kids). Beautifully maintained and appointed townhome for your family get away or a great rental for a friends weekend away. Centrally located close to main lodge core amenities/owners club, close to walking trails, walking distance to territory grocery store/deli and lake. Access to owners club provided with rental. Fireplace (firewood provided) , granite countertop in kitchen, two big screen HDTV TV's in main level living room and family room downstairs, all bedrooms have HDTV. Two exterior decks overlooking golf course fairway. New appliance's, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, all dishware, silverware, cookware, linens, provided in kitchen. Linens, soap/shampoos/conditioner's provided in all bathrooms. Washer/dryer provided with detergents.

The host was very nice and communicated the information we needed for entry into the condo and other useful information. The condo is located a few miles from Galena, so that was convenient. It accommodated six of us fine. However, this might seem picky, but the first floor hallway and kitchen had crumbs that were not swept up. Our bath towels in our upstairs bedroom were folded, but not fully dried. When we were ready to make coffee, the used coffee grounds were still in the coffeemaker’s basket. One disconcerting feature was that the lock on the sliding glass door to the patio was broken off and could not be locked. There was a stick in place to keep it secure, but it was too short and it left an open gap. I re-read the condo description and it does not include any information for handicapped accessibility. Parking is above the units and you walk down a couple sets of steps and further walking to find your unit. One friend uses a cane and it was fine. If you were in a wheelchair or could not maneuver steps, it would have been a problem. We had a wonderful time with our friends, and that was the important part of our one-night getaway to wonderful Galena!

I have owned property in the Galena Territories for many years and love all the area has to offer. Wonderful restaurants and shops in Galena, world class gold courses within the development, fishing, hiking, equestrian within the lodge and lovely forested areas.

Why they chose this property

My family and I love to spend time at the Galena Territories. Our unit is centrally located to the Eagle Ridge Resort hotel itself, the lake, walking trails and the Galena Territory Owners Club. We are tucked away in a lovely townhome development that is away from all roadway's and is very quite. Our home has two decks one off the dining room which is elevated overlooking the golf course fairway (Seasonal views) and forested areas. We have a fourth bedroom that has a bunk bed with a trundle bed that is great for kids.
