Located at 19 Farmstead Lane. This is a three level townhome with 4 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds, 1 with 2 double beds and one with bunk bed/trundle bed ( sleeps three, great for kids). Beautifully maintained and appointed townhome for your family get away or a great rental for a friends weekend away. Centrally located close to main lodge core amenities/owners club, close to walking trails, walking distance to territory grocery store/deli and lake. Access to owners club provided with rental. Fireplace (firewood provided) , granite countertop in kitchen, two big screen HDTV TV's in main level living room and family room downstairs, all bedrooms have HDTV. Two exterior decks overlooking golf course fairway. New appliance's, stove, refrigerator, dish washer, all dishware, silverware, cookware, linens, provided in kitchen. Linens, soap/shampoos/conditioner's provided in all bathrooms. Washer/dryer provided with detergents.

Very nice property. Next to the clubhouse. Exactly as pictured and described. Only drawback was it was hard to see the house number for a late arrival. We didn’t see it listed by the parking lot if it was there. We just walked around. Don’t let this stop you from coming to this beautiful property.

This townhouse was in a great location and adequate for our needs. We had a group of couples attending a wedding in Eagle Ridge. The host was responsive and accommodating.

Clean enough, but dated and very worn. Some of the bed linens were very old and scratchy. Rusted curtain rods, kitchen cabinet doors didn’t close, downstairs sofa old and you “fell in” when the recliner foot was engaged. Also too cramped with all the oversized furniture. Need to let folks now there are several exterior steps to reach the property from parking.

3 floors fit for the family (and small dog)

Because of its 3 floors this condo fits a lot into its compact layout. Good location close to walking trails. Kitchen stocked for simple cooking needs.

A few girlfriends and I had a really nice stay at this place! We loved the location and it met all our needs. The host was especially friendly and quick to respond. I would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Farmstead 19. We had lots of room to spread out and relax. This condo is well equipped and even had shampoo and body wash ! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. Thank you for allowing us to use your property Ryan.

Galena!!

Never knew Galena was so beautiful! Owners club was great. Check it out early in your stay. You won’t need to go anyplace else. Townhouse was perfect for family of 8. Enough space for time together and big enough for time apart!

First time staying at the unit. Facilities were as advertised and everything was in good working order. Couldn't figure out the TV (printed instructions would help). Plenty of room and good sleeping accommodations.

Fantastic host and place!!

Ryan, the owner made our trip a memorable one!! The house is very well kept and clean. Ryan was always available and responsive to all of our questions. He was very helpful in getting the pool reservations at the clubhouse given the COVID restrictions. The house if very comfortable and in great location with easy access to all that Galena territory has to offer. We are already looking forward to our next trip and stay at this property.

Close & convenient to our family reunion. Switch for garbage disposal was difficult to find behind trash can under sink. TV was hard to figure out - available channel listing would have been nice. Return spring on front screen door missing.

Worst VRBO expierence - host double booked

I can’t even begin to explain what an upsetting expierence my family and I had with this booking. My spouse and I drove from Colorado to meet up with my family who drove from Chicago to stay at this location. The host confirmed that an early check in at 2 PM would be fine. However, when 2 PM hit he was completely unresponsive in providing details to get in. We waited several hours and tried calling again. At this point, we still had no information on how to get in. I spent 3+ hours on the phone with VRBO saying they could not get in touch with our host and they confirmed “we were stranded.” Come 7 PM we finally heard from the host that this place had been double booked and another family from another rental company was using the space. We then had to search all over for a new place to stay. VRBO said they would only pay for one hotel room for my family - even though we had three dogs, 6 people and a baby. We ended up leaving Galena and had to drive back to Chicago after packing up everything for our weekend. Very upsetting.

Shops were around 15 minutes away. It appeared pet friendly. Overall was clean. Owner was responsive. We ended up needing to contact because the AC wasn’t working well our first night and he got someone out there the next morning so our next night was way more comfortable.

I have owned property in the Galena Territories for many years and love all the area has to offer. Wonderful restaurants and shops in Galena, world class gold courses within the development, fishing, hiking, equestrian within the lodge and lovely forested areas.

Why they chose this property

My family and I love to spend time at the Galena Territories. Our unit is centrally located to the Eagle Ridge Resort hotel itself, the lake, walking trails and the Galena Territory Owners Club. We are tucked away in a lovely townhome development that is away from all roadway's and is very quite. Our home has two decks one off the dining room which is elevated overlooking the golf course fairway (Seasonal views) and forested areas. We have a fourth bedroom that has a bunk bed with a trundle bed that is great for kids.
