In the house: WiFi, infrared sauna, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. Linen change weekly. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking at the house, single garage. Grocery 4 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, outdoor swimming pool 6 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Upper floor: large living/dining room with Scandinavian wood stove, dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the garden, to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms. 1 room with 2 beds. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Balcony, large terrace. Terrace furniture, box-room. Beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Living room and kitchen were completely renovated in 2024. Das Haus war wirklich richtig schön, Küche / Wohnzimmer und Badezimmer sehr modern, die Schlafzimmer nicht so ganz aber dafür sehr ordentlich. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein kleines Willkommensgeschenk.würden wir wieder buchen.

Dejligt hus med god plads

Vi har brugt huset 3 gange nu. Det er indrettet til 10 personer og der er god plads til alle. Begge badeværelser er lige blevet renoveret. Køkkenet må være det næste der står for tur :-). Generelt et dejligt hus, men når der er faldet meget sne kan det være ret svært at komme op til huset uden snekæder. Det ligger kun ca 100m fra hovedvejen, men de sidste 25m er meget stejlt! Ca 15 minutters kørsel til Obertauern, hvor man nogle gange også skal ha kæder på for at komme op.

Super schöne Woche

Wir haben uns hier mit der Familie getroffen (3 Parteien) mit Kleinkindern (4, 6, 8, 9) und das Haus war dafür sehr gut geeignet. Ab Haus kann man auch zur kleinen Wanderungen direkt loslaufen, da kann das Auto auch mal stehen bleiben. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen :)

Property was very clean and spacious. The kitchen well appointed and all appliances worked well. Comfortable beds and furniture. Good heating system. Own transport needed due to location. Nearby busy road noise is intrusive when sitting in garden or on balcony. Good washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathrooms needed non-slip matting as floor tiles were highly slippery
