House was nice, as was neighborhood (very quiet). Went to Jacksonville specifically to see the Blue Angels perform, so house was convenient to NAS Jax. Also, there was a Publix nearby. Prior to trip, host promptly replied to my questions.

We enjoyed our stay of 5 nights. The house was very comfortable and provided everything we needed. We chose this location because it was close to family and it was also close to stores. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We are local residents and needed a place while our home was being renovated. This property met our requirements exactly. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and close to my wife’s work. We found the house to be very clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and attentive to our needs. We were there 4 weeks and would have extended except that sadly the property was already booked. We will definitely book this house again if we have a need. It was an absolutely perfect home away from home experience for us.

Nice, quiet residential area close to St. Joseph’s Church. Home is very clean and spacious. The backyard is beautiful. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, which we loved. Close to everything. Host was great! Check in and check out very easy! Thank you!

UNF Orientation Stay

Two moms with their two daughters from Chicago for Freshman Orientation. The home was clean and very comfortable. Great little back yard for morning coffee. Only 15 minutes from campus. Would stay again!

Easy access to 95

Great house in a quiet residential area. It's easy to find and I95 access is just a few miles away. It's big and comfortable with cold AC and a fenced yard with private patio. I would stay here again.
