Idyllic farmhouse, affordable, spacious and simple in the Bavarian Forest.
Idyllic and quiet holiday home with 2 apartments (non-smoking) in a quiet, high-altitude location in the Bavarian Forest with a wonderful view of the Bavarian Forest Mountains. Romantic Ilztal hiking trail within walking distance. Three river city Passau only 18 km away.
CSFR approx. 40 km and Austria approx. 20 km away.
Own large garden ideal for children and dogs to run around with play equipment. Barbecue facilities available.
2 kitchens equipped with fridge-freezer, coffee machine, toaster and kettle.
2 bathrooms.
TV, WiFi, bed linen and towels available.
Pony rides for children are offered on our own farm (approx. 40 km from Auberg), this can also be wonderfully combined with a nice trip to the great wildlife park or bird park.

Die Betten der Wohnung im EG sind erst 1 und 2 Jahre alt und wurden extra als Schreinerware im Bauernstil mit Massivholz gekauft, damit sie hervorragend zum Haus passen.
Die Küche ist ebenfalls vom Schreiner massgefertigt. Da dieser Raum jedoch eher schmal ist und nur 1 Fenster hat, wirkt die Küche etwas dunkler und beengter. Dafür ist eine große Wohnstube mit knapp 30 m2 vorhanden! Das komplette Haus wird zweimal wöchentlich gründlich gereinigt! Schobesberger-Meininger
