Nicely appointed house, all clean and well equipped. A/C worked well. Property manager was responsive to questions and friendly. Check-in was simple and secure. I’d definitely recommend.

Our host went above and beyond for us. We had scheduling issues and she helped us through it all. Place was as expected for the price. Shower pressure was lacking but overall it was clean and convenient for our needs.

Excellent accommodations

The house was excellent for us because it was spacious and provided a great place to hang out for 10 nights. We were visiting family and allowed us a place to rest during our long visit. We will definitely stay there again if we get the opportunity.

Great place

Nice house. Everything we needed: beds, bathroom and close to Sebring. Very quiet place at the end of the street. Can actually hear roosters in the morning. Ana was great to deal with and made everything very easy.

Clean, spacious, excellent air conditioning

This is the second time that we’ve stayed here in the last 16 months. It’s a nice house for our purposes. We stayed about 9 nights each time we were in Wauchula. The AC works very well, the house is clean and well maintained. We will likely stay here each year if it’s available.

Nice House for Wauchula Standards

It's a nice house for wauchula standards. It served its purpose for our trip. It could use a bathroom and kitchen appliance upgrade. Overall, I would stay here again in the future, if need be.

Very Nice House

The house was clean and very comfortable. WiFi worked well. The location is a bit outside from tourist areas, but very close to where we had friends staying, so it worked for us. The lot is larger than it appeared on line and was nice for sitting outside and enjoying the sun. Overall it is a lovely home and worth the stay.

Horrific! Filthy, mold and mildew inside and out, prescription drugs under bed along with other debris, unsafe area, smoke detectors without batteries, food and dirt on walls, ceiling and blinds, broken blinds, broken shower, rotten exterior door, NO normal amenities (bathroom mirror, vanity, dresser, etc). Owner refused to even acknowledge my concerns.
