Cozy vacation apartment with maritime flair.
Due to its special location as a corner apartment
it allows a view from the balcony into the greenery as well as from the bedroom onto the grounds of the riding stables.
In the bedroom you will find a double bed (180 x 200), which can be separated into two single beds. The comfortable sofa bed (140 x 200) in the bedroom/living room offers space for 2 more people. The shower room has a walk-in shower and a window.
In the dining/living room, the four of you can enjoy a relaxed meal at the table. The kitchenette has an elegant, modern design and offers everything you need for your vacation.

A duplex parking lot is available at the house. The apartment number corresponds to the number of the parking space. Please note that these parking spaces are not suitable for every car. Your car must not exceed the dimensions of 5 m in length, 1.5 m in height and 2.38 m in width.
Use of the parking spaces is at the tenant's own risk, please do not leave any valuables in your car. You can also travel comfortably by train and walk only 15 minutes from the station to the complex.

Hair dryer available. For bad weather there are children's DVDs in the apartment.
