This adorable, recently remodeled, art inspired studio with King bed, rain head shower and separate living area is just 2 blocks from the heart of Fredericksburg shopping and dining. Wine tasting maybe? Climb Enchanted Rock, shopping? Afterward, come back and relax in your private hot tub. Did we mention the location? This studio is in our beloved historic district just steps to all the festivals and festivities Fredericksburg is known for. Managed by Heavenly Hosts Permit#805600_0438

The Space:
This historic home has been recently remodeled into 3 studio style suites to accommodate individuals looking for an affordable place to stay that is within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and festivals. All suites have a private hot tub and private entrance. Please note that there are separate suites on the property that might be occupied during your visit. Professionally cleaned and sanitized after each reservation!

- Mini Fridge, Microwave and coffee maker, coffee cups and wine glasses provided!
*Bottled water is NOT provided

BURN BAN EFFECTIVE - Gillespie County Burn Ban is ON, effective October 14, 2025 at 5:00 PM.: Attached please find a local DECLARATION OF DISASTER & ORDER RESTRICTING OUTDOOR BURNING related to imminent threat of wildfires. Restrictions: NO open fires/burning and NO smoking.
As a result, outdoor wood-burning fire pits are NOT permitted. This mandate is enforced by the city and county and is beyond our control. You are welcome to use Gas fire pits and BBQ grills, if applicable. For charcoal grills, please leave all hot coals in the grill to cool completely, we will handle proper disposal. Please review the property listing to confirm the type of fire pit and grill available, if applicable. Thank you for your understanding!

Studio #1 is in the front of the home with access to private parking, private hot tub area and has private entrance.

Located in downtown area. Walking distance to the heart of Fredericksburg but still located in a residential neighborhood.

You are a very short walk to Main Street! If you would like to visit the wineries, we do offer Luxury Private Transportation Services, please reach out to us directly for details and scheduling!

Perfect location for us, only a 5 min walk to two of our favorite places Hondo’s and Altdorf Biergarten. Comfortable, clean and well taken care of. The hot tub was nice after walking around all day. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay here. It was clean, well cared for and supplied what we needed for a short getaway. We were able to walk to dinner every night and enjoyed a post dinner dip in the hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

The unit was clean & very nicely decorated. Made for a great weekend getaway with my girlfriend! The location was perfect, just a few steps from the main road. Definitely staying here again!

Perfect place to stay!

This cute, rustic modern apartment is better than the pictures. The location was perfect. Its away from the street noise, so its quiet at night. But its a block away from Main Street across from the park. On our walk home home, we ventured through a Farmer's Market set up for the evening. The hot tub was a nice feature in the evenings. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Weekend Spot

Love the central location of the property! Easy walk to anywhere on the strip, to return for a nap, or to freshen up before dinner. Separate tv room with coffee station, mini fridge and microwave. Large bedroom. Great towels and linens! Side note: The hot tub area is disconnected from the house in a small fenced area on side of house.

The studio apartment was exactly as listed. Very quaint and nice, and also within walking distance of main street and a park where there was an open farmer's market and a nice park. The only issue I can think of is that the living room area was not very cool as the A/C is in the bedroom, but the bedroom did stay very cold. Other than that, place is great!!

Right in the heart of everything

Great place to stay, and it was 2 blocks off Main Street. Very easy to walk to a lot of places. The only down side to the place was there was only 1 AC unit in the place (was in the bedroom) so the front living room was a little too warm to sit comfortably in. Fortunately for us, the weather was nice enough so we spent a lot of time outside of the house. But in the summer months I could see how this could be an issue.
