This newly remodeled and spacious home offers a quiet, country feel while being just 20 minutes from the heart of Waco. The large windows and 4 sets of French doors offer stunning views of the sunset and valley. Have fun and barbeque around the pool during the day, and take in the sunset with smores around the bonfire in the evening. We provide smores, yard games, floats, cold drinks, barbeque materials and anything else needed for a fun and relaxing getaway!!

The space
Each room is equipped with brand new mattresses and linens with a variety of comfortable pillows.
-1 King Bed with medium firm hybrid mattress
-1 Queen bed with medium firm cooling gel memory foam mattress
-6 twin beds with gel memory foam mattress

Large sectional couch with 72" smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+.

Extremely spacious kitchen with all new appliances and cooking utensils. Great for preparing and enjoying a meal around the indoor or outdoor dining table. The mini fridge is stocked with sodas and la croix.

Each bathroom is beautifully designed and stocked with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Washer and Dryer units with detergent is available for guests to use.

2/3 of the rooms have French doors with walk out patios and furniture. Perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an evening glass of wine. (You may see some deer!)

There is a large outdoor dining table, pool lounge chairs, and chairs around the fire pit. There are pool floats for adults and babies, goggles, and toys for kids!

There is a gas BBQ available for guests to use with necessary grill tools and propane tank. Please no eating or drinking while in the pool!


Plenty of parking is available around the circle driveway and covered parking under the carport.

Extremely quiet street with plenty of space between neighbors.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house with the exclusion of 1 locked supply closet and the garage/mother in law suite. (COMING SOON!)
