The Cactus Casa - Next to Lake Waco - 15m to Downtown Waco - PET FRIENDLY

The Cactus Casa is located across the street from Lake Waco and only a 15m drive to downtown, Magnolia Market, and McLane Stadium. Our home is a 3 bedroom/2 bath plus a bonus room with a standing desk and formal dining table. This property features a large backyard, fully updated interior, and a fun Texas theme design. The home will comfortably sleep 7 adults (2 queen beds, 1 full bed, and 1 twin rollaway bed). Pack-n-play and high chair available upon request.

Bring your bikes or boat to enjoy Waco’s gorgeous natural scenery. There are a variety of parks and trails within a 5-to-10-minute drive including Cameron Park, Brazos Park, and the Waco Mammoth National Monument (a U.S. National Park).

If you are in the mood for some country music or dancing, there has several dance halls nearby. In addition, the Extraco Event Center is only a 7-minute drive away. This venue is home to the annual Heart O' Texas Fair & Rodeo and also hosts many other events year-round including several concerts.

Clean home with a great yard.

Everything was as advertised. The house was clean and all amenities were present. During the stay we had a few questions and they were answered quickly. We enjoyed the total eclipse and then had a barbeque out back. Lots of fun and would stay again. Quiet neighborhood-plenty of parking and across the street is Lake Waco with a wonderful walking trail.

Very comfortable, safe and clean

We enjoyed our stay at the Cactus Casa....check in was very easy and host was great to communicate with. It was our first trip with the pups and the location couldnt have been more accomidating! My kids loved the added snacks (especially the candy...haha). We had everything we possibly needed. Highly recommend!

Great time

Lindsey was a wonderful host and provided an excellent experience to my family and I for our annual holiday time. Quiet neighborhood with quick convenience to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Great Stay

House was very clean and ready for us, including some snacks and cupcakes waiting for us upon arrival. Beds were very comfortable. We will stay here again!

In town for a wedding

Very clean and well-supplied house. Pretty with plenty of natural light. Lots of attention to detail. There were snacks offered and plenty of staples for cooking and coffee-making. Large mirrors in master bed and bath were appreciated as we got ready for our event. There were multiple appliances available, including an iron and even a steamer. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Great location and quiet neighborhood.
