Located in Waco, this adorable house boasts 5 bedrooms - 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 4 twin beds (2 Trundles) which can sleep up to ten people. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers, and showers. Full kitchen amenities are provided making it easy to prepare meals for family and friends if you prefer to dine in instead of dining out for each meal. Guests will feel right at home, enjoying barbequing off the large covered back patio with lots of room for children and fur babies to play in the fenced in yard. Enjoy outdoor games, Corn Hole, Ring Toss, and Giant Jenga. Safety gate, high chair, and portable crib (pack n play) available. Walking distance to Magnolia, restaurants and shops, and a four minute drive to Baylor University, your stay here will be nothing short of awesome. Four exterior security cameras available for your safety. Two on the front eves of the home, one at the back door, and one overlooking the onsite parking near the alley. Gather used towels to laundry basket in front bedroom. Please no damp towels on floor or beds. Shut window blinds.
Leave front and back porch lights, living room lamps, front bedroom lamp, and hallway light on. Thank you!
Lock front and back door by pressing the check mark button and you will hear it lock. If locking back door from inside just lock the deadbolt on top. If using back gate near alley shut it.
