We enjoyed our stay here. The property is very convenient. It’s a quiet working class neighborhood. Be sure to drive a few blocks over and see the stunning homes nearby. We felt very safe and had easy access to main roads. I would definitely stay here again.
This rental is cute, comfortable, oet friendly and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The hosts were responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend this property!
My family and my sister's family rented this cute cottage for the weekend in order to visit my daughter, who is a student at Baylor. We loved how close it is to campus and to downtown. And we loved being able to stay all together instead of at a hotel. We will definitely rent this place again!

Adults with seniors
Property owners were super nice! Only issue is property is not good for older seniors. It would be perfect for a young group.
Cute little house in a quiet neighborhood. Most Waco attractions are within 5-10 minutes. Excellent communication from the host! Would definitely recommend. My only issue was the small size of the refrigerator. We bought groceries for 7 people, for 4 days before we got to the house and didn't realize it was a "dorm sized" fridge so we had to get creative. That's probably my fault though. All in all, great vacation house!
Cleanliness could have been stepped up. Kitchen cabinet doors were dirty, household trashcans dirty, under beds dirty, oven and broiler need cleaning.
Things travelers need such as luggage stands, towels racks for the bathroom, extra toilet paper and paper towels should be standard items.
The place met our needs although, they did not let us know it was not handicap friendly. Should have handicap bars in bathrooms and tubs should have non slip surfaces.
Suggestions: Cutting board, colander and big salad bowl. Using the oven as storage makes it difficult to use.
I recently stayed at this property, and I must say that our experience was just okay. There were some positive aspects to our stay, like the enjoyable fire pit and the corn hole, but there were a few issues that left us somewhat dissatisfied.
First, let's start with the cleanliness of the property. While it was mostly clean, we were quite surprised to find dog hair on our linens. This was a bit off-putting and made us question the thoroughness of the cleaning process.
Another concern was the size of the bathrooms, which we found to be on the smaller side. This may not be a deal-breaker for everyone, but it's worth noting for those who value spacious bathrooms.
Perhaps the most significant issue during our stay was the presence of a groundkeeper. He showed up unannounced on one occasion, and to make matters worse, he was also there when we arrived. His behavior was rather unsettling as he failed to acknowledge our presence and only said something after I approached him to inquire why he was there. Even on a subsequent visit, a day later, he worked in the garage and left without acknowledging us or explaining his purpose.
I must give credit to the property owner for being responsive to our concerns, as they did their best to address the situation. However, the whole incident left us feeling very uncomfortable during our stay. Overall, this property has potential, but the unexpected and unexplained presence of the groundkeeper made our experience less enjoyable than we
This adorable cottage was so conveniently located to all the things. The Magnolia complex, downtown, Baylor, it was within 10 minutes of everything. Very clean property. Only downside is that mattresses had seen better days and one of the sofas was so uncomfortable we couldn’t even use it. Everything else was great!
The house was cozy, tastefully decorated, climate was very nice, yard is cozy and pet friendly, the appliances are really nice and easy to manipulate, accommodations were more than adequate. Very pleasant.
Nice, convenient property that met our needs for our stay in Waco. Easy comfortable drive to everything downtown and Baylor football. Nice for our family to spread out in a 3 bedroom and be comfortable.

Neighborhood Not The Best
The neighborhood did not seem very safe. There is a carport that looks like a squatter has been living in. Unable to use the fire pit for s’mores due to trash and cigarette butts being in it. The area was the biggest problem for us. As we turned in to the neighborhood there were people yelling at each other in the street.

Nice place in a disappointing neighborhood
We loved the house and Ashely was informative and quick to respond. It met our needs just fine but the surrounding neighborhood gave the ladies a little pause about being there. We didn't encounter any issues, it just felt a little rough at night.
We were in town with framily for our anniversary. The Central Cottage was just that, centrally located for all our plans. The cottage was large enough for our group of 6 adults and was clean. Loved the backyard area, but only got to use it one night for a small fire. Would definitely stay again.
It was a cute little house and perfect for our needs. There were six of us and we all had plenty of room. We even brought one of our cats and we were able to set her up in the mud room. While we were not able to use the backyard (time and weather did not permit it), it was inviting as a nice place to gather. There was plenty of room as well for two vehicles to park in the garage. We would definitely book this property again.
Great house, plenty of space, everything just as described. Great communication with hosts.

Girls Trip
The house is cute and was comfortable for the three of us. The neighborhood was a nice and quiet area. We were able to navigate to all the areas we wanted to see in Waco.
We had to be extremely careful in parking our rental car on the driveway. The right side of the driveway has a huge hole on the left and needs to be fixed, it could cause major damage to a car.
