The Cozy Wacoan, Welcome and Enjoy

Enjoy a worry free stay in Waco, Texas. Here you can take a break while having all the comforts of your own home. A short 20 minute drive to downtown Waco, Magnolia, Baylor, Cameron Park, and the Dr. Pepper Museum. Our kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware needed for your day to day meals. The coffee bar will help get your started in the mornings with our many coffee cups, Keurig, and different coffee flavors. The house also has a dog run in the back yard for your 4 legged friends to enjoy. The washer and dryer will help you refresh your clothes for your trip to continue on its merry way. The home is equipped with outdoor video cameras for the safety of our guests. Host lives in the area and is available to help if needed.

Phenomenal second stay

We stayed here last year when we were in town for our daughter’s skate competition and will be back for Year 3 next year! Very nice property, great location, clean, comfy beds. Love that there are bunk beds and the owner thinks of all the little necessities that make for a great home away from home. Thanks so much for another amazing stay!

We had a great stay! Cute and cozy house in a very quiet neighborhood. We brought our dogs and the fenced in yard was perfect! We hope to make this trip and stay here again. It was clean and had everything and more we needed for our stay.
