Charming 3/2 Farmhouse Near Fixer Upper and Gathering Oaks
Stay in this charming farmhouse, on 2 acres just outside of Waco, Tx, with conversational living area and open concept kitchen/living/dining room. The spacious master is on a separate wing of the house with an en suite bathroom. The second bathroom is in the hallway between the two other bedrooms. Plenty of room to spread out in the country with a short 15 minute drive to downtown Waco. There is so much to do in and around Waco including Valley Mills Vineyards, Lake Waco, Mayborn Museum, Baylor University, Magnolia Silos, Waco Zoo, and so much more!! You never know who you might see while you're visiting! There is an additional neighboring 2/2 vacation rental on the same property that can be added or rented separately.

My husband and I love this area right outside of Waco, TX. We purchased Gathering Oaks Retreat across the hwy from these farmhouses six years ago. The farmhouses make an amazing addition to our growing reunions and retreats, or can be rented individually. My daughters loved helping pick out decorations to make this charming farmhouse a delight to stay in!
