Welcome to our charming Waco getaway! Nestled in the heart of the city, this fully remodeled 1920 Craftsman Home accommodates up to 8 guests comfortably. Centrally located, you'll be close to all Waco has to offer to include being only 4 blocks from the famed Magnolia Market and Silos. Step out into the backyard retreat and unwind in the Cowboy Pool on those hot summer days or Hot Tub to relax, enjoy burgers from the gas grill, or gather around the cozy fire pit.

This house is very nicely decorated and has everything we needed. Very well stocked and bedding was very nice. My family enjoyed the hot tub and backyard amenities. The beds are comfortable and the bedding was very soft. It was a wonderful place to stay.

We loved this stay!

My mom, sisters, nieces and I stayed here for my mother's birthday trip and we loved it so much. There was plenty room for all of us and we had the best time in the backyard area! It was convenient for all the shopping and eating that we wanted to do. The area was a tiny bit sketchy, but we just made sure to lock the doors and we felt plenty safe! The house is decorated so cute and the beds were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous home moments from the Silos!

We had a great time at this property! The house was clean and there was enough space for everybody. The kids enjoyed the room with the two trundle beds. The property is located minutes from the Silos. It made it very easy to get to the things we wanted to see. There is also a lot of shopping and food nearby. The neighborhood seems slightly up-and-coming, but the house itself felt safe and we had a great time in the yard. The pool was a great touch. We would definitely stay again if we came back! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

Adorable and so convienient!

This is a darling cottage, and it is clear that the owners have taken great pride in offering this home as a rental. The decor is lovely! The owners have a lovely tray of treats out on the kitchen island, and have free keurig coffee for the stay. We loved the back yard, which includes a super cool “Cowboy Pool”, 2 hanging chairs and a fire pit. A perfect place to recap the days’ events and plan for the next day’s adventures. The location is superb - just a few blocks from the Siilos and downtown, and an easy reach to other parts of the city. While we enjoyed the Magnolia locations, we also loved exploring some of the local spots including Fabled bookstore and coffeshop, The Findery for awesome interior decor and Pignetti’s for some great Italian food. Brittany and Michael were delightful hosts and had excellent communication skills. Thank you for your hospitality!

This was the perfect place for 5 of girlfriend classmates that do an annual trip somewhere. Although we were not able to use the hot tub or pool due to the weather, the accommodations inside were perfect for our card games. Had plenty of beds for each of us. Perfect location to enjoy the Magnolia, Silos etc. We will try to use this well taken care of home again. The host were great with responding to any questions we had, we all enjoyed our stay. Brittany is currently a Realtor in Dallas and Michael works as a Geologist for an Oil and Gas company. Being avid travelers we wanted to start a short term rental to give guests the best experience possible while travelling to Waco. We love seeing our vision brought to life and hearing the positive guest experiences after their stay with us.

With the Silos and Magnolia Market only a few short blocks away and the historic charm most of the houses bring in the Downtown Waco area, this neighborhood was a must have when starting our STR.
