Convenient location

The area was convenient to get to other areas within the city. It’s an older home, and although there were some upgrades, some areas were patchwork. Great customer service, very responsive. Cleanliness & smell from a scale of 1-10 I would have to give a 3. Overall, nice experience with the customer service.

Trip for TAPPS state track meet

Very clean, great location to where we needed to be. Plenty of things for the kids to do to keep busy! Owner was prompt at communication. Highly recommend!

There was something on the property for every age group. We enjoyed the pool, played in the garage game room, sat by the fire pit, and grilled a meal. The sleeping arrangements were comfortable.

Very close to Waco, fun place to stay

Some of our football team stayed here and we LOvED it. Plenty of beds, pans to cook, pool was perfect, fire pit game room in garage, nice TV. It was fantastic. We’ll be back!

Family time

We had a great stay at this property. When we arrived the house was very warm (85 degrees) and the property manager worked quickly to help get the property to cool down. They had amazing communication and customer service.
