Was a beautiful property and nice to get away. I never had a host more caring and willing to help with anything I needed. Felt safe, comfortable and happy with this booking and morgen! Defiantly would book again!
It's a beautiful place to stay, perfect for taking a few days off and connecting with nature. The best thing about this place is the scenery. You can see sunsets and sunrises that aren't seen anywhere else in Poconos. I would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful property. Town has cool options such as an interesting museum and a toys shop that is a millenial's dream.
Great host and the space was nice and cozy. Heaters work excellent and even though it was cold outside we were nice and toasty. Pet friendly and the host was very good at communicating and ensuring we were comfortable.
The stay was enjoyable! We loved the scenic view of the rooms and the closeness to town. Our dog enjoyed the open space and for November we were warm and cozy inside. There was everything we could need there! We hope to visit again.

Very nice rental
Morgen is a great host and was very responsive/available to make sure our visit was as comfortable as possible. It is a nice property, and a great option in a small town like Honesdale.
Morgan's cabin is located in a beautiful secluded area with an amazing view of the sunset followed by fireflies and stars. The fire pit was awesome and the rooms were spacious and cozy. We barely noticed the other guests because our area was so big, but it was nice seeing them at the fire pit too. Morgan was incredibly nice and communicative. Highly recommend staying at this wonderful home.
Was definitely what the picture look like. The owner was super nice and very helpful very cozy and comfortable .will be returning again. And would recommend it to friends and family.
Morgen (owner) was very responsive and made sure everything was ready for us when we got there.
I’ll give it ****, we had some issues with the internet, we were not able to connect through the night.

I am sorry about the internet. Had I been made aware our service provider has 24 hr. tech support. I could have even had you unplug the modem and cable box wait one minute and plug back in. All it would have taken a phone call and i answer the phone 24/7
Everything was there that we needed for the weekend. Id even consider staying longer, or even splitting both sides with more people for a little getaway. We were able to let the dog roam free which she enjoyed very much! There are a few things that could use some upgrades but nothing unbearable. Were in the countryside, it honestly felt very comfortable! Thanks for everything!
We had some of our folks staying there as they were working the fair for business. This was only 9 minutes away, so perfect for the stay. Great communication and very accommodating.
One of the bedrooms had a twin bed and a trundle. My bad for not checking that. One of the employees is rather tall and slept on the trundle so he could stretch his legs out. Just mentioning it so folks check.
The property was beautiful and the host was very responsive and even checked in with us before check in with a complimentary call before our arrival whoch i thought was nice it was just hard to hear as i was on back roads. There was a little issue with the other tenants dogs but we have dogs and lived on top of one that barked 24/7 so were kind of used to it and their dogs theres not much you can do. There also was no internet connection when we got the but the host fixed that for us right away. The small town was nice and the property had beautiful views and plenty of outdoor sitting areas as well as a beautiful wrap around deck that the dogs loved to look over into the fields. I would definitely recommend this property and the host for any stay!

Bullet hole in the picture window. Covered with a piece of plexiglass duct taped in place. Two side windows boarded up. Mouse turds everywhere in kitchen cabinets and drawers. Floors not vacuumed. Bathroom floor not mopped. Spit up on couch. Yard a complete mess. Furniture and grills strewn around.

I booked this property for a short getaway with some fiends and was very disappointed. The house and property have been very neglected and allowed to fall into a state of disrepair. I hadn't even made it inside before noticing my first issue, the deck has a soft spot with a rug on it, when I investigated further, I noticed the joist hangers were all rusted out along the door making the deck very spongey and unsafe. Furthermore, the property was dirty inside. The counters and dishes were greasy, the skillet in the cabinet had mouse droppings in it, the fire pit was full of trash and my bedding was obviously not changed from the last guest. Furthermore, the tv in the master bedroom did not work, the large scenic window is broken and has tape all over it, the window next to it is boarded over, the master bedroom sliding door did not lock and the handle is falling off, most of the outdoor furniture is showing its age and wear. Somehow worst of all, the listing is inaccurate, this property has 2 beds as shown, and 2 regular couches, there is no second twin. The whole yard and property are overgrown with weeds but that was handled during our stay by a landscaper that arrived shortly after us. The host was nice and was easy to reach, but not very helpful. This property could be so nice if it was properly maintained and I hope it gets the TLC it so badly needs. Overall, the area is very nice to stay in and visit, peaceful and scenic, but I wouldn't stay here.
My partner and I spent a weekend at the property with our two small dogs and had a great time. The property itself was very clean, and there was a lot of outdoor space. Sheets and towels were provided, as well as all kitchen essentials. Our doggies really enjoyed the outdoor deck as well.
Morgen, the owner, was very communicative and even gave us a call before check-in to make sure that we we were all set.
The only thing that should be mentioned is that there are two rental units on the property, and they share a wall (partially). We never heard our neighbors nor had any issues that stemmed from this, but it would be good for potential travelers to know before booking.
